Unfortunately you can have only one builder activate ( you need to chose to use tagDiv Composer or WPBakery, we recommend the first one because is the theme builder, the second one is just an alternative ), this is one of the issue that appear between builders, in some cases you can use both of theme ( if you do not use elements that can crate conflicts).
