There is no limit number for ads;
In order to add more Custom ad in theme panel you need to the file td_config.php from includes and td_block_ad_box.php from includes>shortcodes
All you need to do is to go in td_config.php on line 1773 and add as many Custom ad you need ( https://www.screencast.com/t/NpjrcemcnGnP in this example will add 6 and 7 ), after that look for the line 29443 https://www.screencast.com/t/Ujx6mMXQxmX

In order to change the words “Related Articles” all you need to do is to go in Newspaper> Theme panel>Translations expand translations and look for “RELATED ARTICLES” after you found it, change the translations.

You can set the custom ad 1 ( for example ) and set in in more box ad.
