I am trying to do the most recent upgrade.

the ftp firections say:
Step 3 – Download the newest version of the Newspaper Theme from ThemeForest.
Step 4 – Unzip the “Newspaper-tf” archive file and the “Newspaper.zip” file.
Step 5 – Extract “Newspaper.zip” file.

I downloaded the updated theme but do NOT see a Zipped folder called newspaper. I only see a Zipped folder called themeforest-5489609-newspaper-wordpress-theme and when I unzip this file I do not see a Zipped file called newspaper.

Please advise.

Are these also updated in tagDiv composer?

I am having trouble finding these plugins.

I am in my wordpress control panel and clicked on Plugins then clicked ad new and in the search box I typed tagDiv and in the drop down box I tried searching by Keyword, author and tag and tagDiv didn’t display any results.

How can I find these plugins to add them?

I just downloaded the entire theme again, however, I am still getting the 500 Error and the whole website does not work.

I thought you wrote above to download version 8.7.2 And I thought this meant that you fixed the bugs since you wrote to download the latest version.

Since there are still 500 Errors, do you have an estimated date of when the bugs will be fixed that are causing these 500 errors?

Thank you for the information. It is still not clear to me. This is my exact question. When I do an upgrade each time which one do I use.

1) Do I download and install the one that says All files and documentation.
or
2) Do I download and install the one that says Installable WordPress file only.

In Themeforest on the downloads screen should I donwload 1) All files and documentation or do I download the one that says Installable worpress file only. What is the difference between these two options?

In Themeforest on the downloads screen the picture says version 8.7 how can I know if I am downloading version 8.7.2?

Which are the theme plugins that I need to download to use with newspaper?

Since I can’t get the theme to update I just tried reinstalling the entire theme as a new theme. I deleted Newspaper theme from wordpress. Then I re-downloaded all the files from your website. I followed all of the directions on your website and re-installed the theme from scratch through FTP as if I were installing it for the first time.

However again it crashed the entire website. This happens whether I try to update or if I delete everything and re-install as brand new. This is the message that is displayed on my website

HTTP ERROR 500

Can you please help I am extremely frustrated with the upgrade to version 8.7 . I have never had these problems with past upgrades. Please let me know what to do. Please Help!

Since you are advising to download the full package for the upgrade (which
I assume you mean the drop down that says “all files and documentation”)

Then what is the purpose of the other option in the drop-down that says “Installable WordPress file only” (In my notes from previous upgrades had written down and it worked in the past upgrades to use “Installable WordPress file only”.)

So going forward should I only be using the download choice that says “all files and documentation” and use this uploaded to FTP for the upgrade?

I installed the demo “News Magazine”

How can I make the picture sizes that are used in posts on my site http://mysleepapnea DOT net/ so that they are the same size as the pictures used in the demo https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine/

On my site, some pictures are too small in the posts. What sized pictures are they using in the demo in the various blocks so that I will know how to size my pictures?

You wrote that “If you installed a demo, you do not have to make any modification to the pages. Simply install the demo and customize it further or begin adding your own content if you installed it with content.”

But my question is isn’t what you wrote not recommended because the demo pages get removed if I decide to switch demos or uninstall the demo and could cause me a problem in the future?

Would it be better if I simply copied the code from a demo page and moved the code to a new blank page?

If yes then how do I get the code for any of the demos that I like?

When I install your demo it comes with alot of existing posts that have nothing to do with my site. What is the best way to get rid of these posts that come with the template?

This means that the demo templates you offer are not useful if I need to recreate the page using tag div composer.

Do you know what Block and grids and setting you used in you demo called “Health and Fitness” so that I can take a new blank page and create it to look the same.
