Thank you. The category pages, posts are all restored with the correct header, navigation and footer.

The home page still loaded as it was with no header, drop nav or footer. After clearing cache this looks to be restored.

The update was from v3.9 to the current v10.4. Speed booster is now deactivated and the optional Standard pack plugin activated. Is it worth making this a required plugin?

Thanks for the link I have seen and tried to apply this from the article however you are missing the point.

Importing the templates produces blank posts. When I import the template there is short code content but when I try to edit with the tagdiv editor nothing shows up ie empty blocks?

When the template comes over there are no elements at all for me to select and match to content?

If this is the way its meant to be its not intuitive or user friendly? Is there a walkthrough video?

Hi there,

After updating the theme and Visual Composer to 4.7.4 I get an unusual deprecated Visual Composer message and collection of icons at the base of every article and page. I am also prevented from editing or adding any block.

My page building has completely stopped. This does not seem to effect the front end performance or structure.

I upgraded the theme via FTP as the envato updater has not been working for some time. I deleted visual composer then added via FTP. The site is: http://coconutoilpost.com/ Can you please advise on how to restore the Visual Composer functionality?

I am going through plugin conflict testing but all looks OK so far.

These look different to your screen shot samples. Also in v4 you had 4 styling options you could select which is missing in v6 yet in the code they are still referred to? td-social-style-2 – Is there a way to select other style options?

2. The original link above shows a pdf with all the screen shots.

3. On a post without using the visual composer the shortcode option does not allow buttons to be added? Can this be done or made active?

Thank you. The site is now running on the new setup. Love all the great new features in version 6.

So, if you are running through CloudFlare, or any other CDN optimisation service, purge all cache, suspend the account then clear all your browser caches before you begin the upgrade. After your new site is up make sure all is working exactly as expected then turn the cache back on.

Hi there,

I have a navigation button issue as well on the iPhone 4 and 5s using safari where the navigation looks like a video player button that breaks the navigation. When pressed the search bar drops:

It works in chrome but not safari. I have tested the plugins and not sure if its only from the last update or the one before. WP, Theme and all plugins are up to date.

Hi @nihar105479, With the last 2 changes I found the best way to resolve all issues with cloudflare was to do a full cache purge in the settings. I then had to do a full purge on the browsers including your mobile devices, sometimes twice.

Another thing I did was under Performance settings I made sure under “Auto Minify (Web optimization)” that JS was de selected. Its better to adjust this through the booster or other plugins mentioned by others.

Hi there,

After the 4.1 update I lose the BG image for the Home page. Settings > Background. All the Categories Background images work normally its just the Home page.

Caches all cleared and tested.

Hi @sbo and @presto2,

With the latest version 4.0.2 I needed to clear all browser caches and CND cache. In my case with cloud flare just using the single file clearing especially for the style.css file (but look at the changed files list and clear them as well).

This fixes the big slider and sticky menu. Everything else is working perfectly now, thanks for the great new features and continued optimising from the developers.

Thanks for the update to 4.2 but unfortunatley everuthing is still the same.

Tried all Sticky menu settings before and now but not working. Navigation for mega menu not working and sliders.

Have sent an email with the details.

Setting a new post and going through the new template options shows that only the current version and the next one with smaller image work all other options don’t show the image in full width and any text or headline runs outside the container next to the navigation.

Found another issue with 4.1 and the mega menu. The top layer images look as normal but if you use the arrows to view more posts then all subsequent thumbnails turn to ghost images.

If you go down the side for the secondary links then all images go to ghost mode. You also get two menu items highlighting?

I have updated to version 4.1 and regenerated the thumbnails – thanks for the quick fixes. many of the issues have been resolved but still have these:

1. Speed booster still removes your BG images option + third party form builders and widgets break.

2. Sticky navigation still doesn’t work (same as on your demo)

3. On the home page the Big Slide option still stacks all the images. I have tried saving different options but nothing works. Your demo homepage 4 does work? At the moment I have added the Slide option above but you can still see the Broken Big Slide below it: http://coconutoilpost.com/

I think it might be a conflict with your templates and how you have one set into the BG Image. I tried all the template options but still didn’t fix the issue.

Also tried deactivating all but your own recommended plugins.

Can you please advise?

Same isues as listed with the latest update. Ran a clean update over the previous version.

1. Speed booster blinking page + I use the BG images for different images for categories. When speed booster is enabled the images don’t show as well as third party form builders and widgets break.

Unfortunately I have seen no drop. The site is currently on 85% + when it had dropped from 5% to 0.25% after changing to this theme but then one month later it jumped overnight.

Can you tell me if the google code is displaying correctly in the header of each page? The only other thing could be a change from the latest google update but then everyone would be noticing a big change?

Thank you for the version 3.9.1 update This has fixed the search and tags issue and also updated the media bakery to 4.2.2 unfortunately their latest version is 4.2.3

Also the breadcrumbs are still broken for categories?

I turned off all plugins and still have the same issue. Also Media Bakery is now showing to update to Version 4.2.3 This site has Version 4.2.1 ?

When I activate tagDiv speed booster version 2.2 The search feature and navigation scrolling work as well as the BG Image but if I do a search I get a completely Blank whit page. The same happens if I select a tag.

When you say the breadcrumbs have been fixed do you mean there is another update? The current version I am on is 3.9 and the breadcrumbs for categories is broken. I have them active in the admin but they dont show when selecting a specific post ie. all I see is Home > Post name ?
