It happens randomly and is an issue with FB, outside anybody’s control.
Only way to fix, is to
a) share it,
b) click the timestamp on the share on FB timeline, then
c) click right top drop down arrow and do “refresh share attachment”
d) it should then grab the photo properly
ADMIN – you may want to add this to FAQs as this Q seems to come up weekly going on 24 months now.
Since this keeps coming up, you will likely need to make a note of this on the FAQs page, as some hosting scanners seem to think the class or hook using the phrase tds, is related to “TDS” malware.
Right …
but if you **LOOK** at your actual rendered POST pages on the web, and actually VIEW the HTML you will see the post title has H1 tag … so, if the H1 tag is there, and Google can see it — then QED, the SEO tool you’re using is faulty, right?
Perhaps share one of your normal posts/articles which supposedly has no H1 tag ? Link ?
If there is some bug or hack, or conflict somehow causing the H1 tag not to be there on your post pages, THAT would be an issue, but the past 2 years all TagDiv themes have — per normal website practice — made the post TITLE on the page an H1 tag, as it should be. Meaning the big headline for the article/post found at top of the post itself.
The online CSS minifier should not “crash your browser” when using it … you might want to try a different web browser like Chrome, where it works perfectly on both Mac and PC.
It’s what I use to minify CSS for all my sites.
Did you run the updater script per the docs?
Likely need to edit the header template file.
I don’t work here; just a fellow user like yourself π
@newtrolluk
try resaving your layout from your static page used for home, as that sometimes helps.
Yes, well if the theme is updated then something changed.
You might
a) try resaving the ad unit in the theme panel
b) try changing the default “size” to auto for the top ad unit, and/or try setting it to a very small fixed size for mobile in the theme panel, then re-test.
As I said if you LOOK at your screen shot it looks like the ad is going off the page to right and pushing the content left, so playing with the *ad* setting would solve that for the moment.

Try turning off your other plugins besides visual composer, clear any caching on site and in web browser, try again. I find main issue with saving sidebars is with IE11/Win7-64; and have to switch to Chrome.
Yeah… still hopefully the folks who make WordPress will blaze the trail and then everybody else will be able to use it from trickle down effect.
I’m particularly curious how it will work with those of us already using things like mod_pagespeed and mod_SPDY on our servers.
Almost looks like the advert up top is too big; you might try setting a smaller size for phones for the top ad just to see what happens. Might just be the div is messed up and trying to push it off to the right….
Try using the “view as Google” tool from the Google help pages to see what Google sees … also check your HTML to make sure you don’t have any duplicate meta tags — some folks had a problem with a duplicate “image” tag from someplace, and that “might” be the cause. In other cases, G+ just sometimes cocks up on its own π
You might try using the beta plugin from the WordPress folks at Automattic, which can be found on Github if you want to play with “bleeding edge” technologies π
I agree! Would be great to have this built-in also!

You can just remove it – or put blank space there π
You can’t optimize fonts loaded from Google unless you want to hack that per my optimization sticky to load the CSS locally.
For your local CSS and JS you can minify that locally also.
For the jquery stuff, you would need to manually add that to the booster plugin per the theme docs. Tagdiv will likely have better answer on Monday π
AGAIN:
for those who don’t know how to read changelogs …
if using Newspaper 6x ..
a) go to your Envato/Themeforest account,
b) download the “all files” for Newspaper, extract to the “Newspaper-tf” folder
c) in the /plugins folder note the file “js_composer”
d) extract the zip
e) in the ‘js_composer’ plugin folder, note the file “changes.txt”
note it’s 4.7.4 π

Note the business hours, top right of the page ?
You should likely install the latest patched version of VC included with the theme, from the ‘all files’ download, plugins folder; vs the un-bundled version from Envato.
Setup proper open graph (OG) tags using a plugin like YOAST SEO or similar.
Not my theme. But TagDiv will be back Monday — I don’t work here π
Did you check the support forums for Jetpack?
Jetpack is not part of the theme.
https://jetpack.me/support/sharing/
Sorry I don’t have better answer! π
Theme will ask you after day or two to enter code in the theme panel; it doesn’t seem to happen automatically π
Yep, WordPress supports all kinds of cool stuff built in !
Great place to learn how WP works, is the official docs “codex” as here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Embeds
Also, some social media sites have special “shortcodes” which they will have for wordpress.

Well, dunno. If you look at your post page and it has h1 tag then it obviously does, right?
Home page may not have H1 tag but you can add that simply by creating at text box bottom of page in new row, or custom sidebar and put short description of site – done π
