Hi,

So you are displaying that page in a page mega menu
https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
Is that happening across all browsers? I could take a look if you could provide a link to the page where the menu is displayed. Also it appears that on the left image it is a bullet list, while on the right it is not a list.

Hi,

That image would be a row background, select the row and remove it if needed
https://www.screencast.com/t/b60Q6wT3R
Remove the background color as well if you plan to display a video.
Then set a background video for the row, use only the video ID in the field, not the link

Hi,

1. How exactly did you build those pages? Most elements in the tagDiv composer have font settings, like for example a simple text column
https://www.screencast.com/t/rTPapSUrh
If you built the page with the default MCE editor these would be the only settings for that
https://www.screencast.com/t/lW13rn45TdW5

2. If you wrote the text in WordPress, the tagDiv composer will not have settings over it. Enter that text in tagDiv composer text elements and then use the font settings.

Thanks

Hi,

Try the Adrotate plugin, that would have the advanced settings you require. It is also recommended by many of the theme users. Some info on the plugin here

Hi,

Keep refreshing the page (Ctrl+Shift+R) eventually the cache will be cleared. Test with a new browser as well. If you removed all those codes it is a matter or persistent browser cache.

Hi,

A privacy page link can be displayed in the footer for example, visible on the whole website
https://www.screencast.com/t/eC5KIrpF

If you want to display it at the end of the post content, you could edit a predefined post template or design your own
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
As of theme update 8.8 you can now design post templates, so adding something after the post content would be possible.

In the middle of the post content it is not possible, unless maybe you use the inline ad spot and try to enter the required code there. Or entering it directly in the post when creating it.

Thanks

@Rudy Rodriguez There is an issue that makes the buttons being not visible when using low resolution monitors, or being cut-off. Try holding Ctrl and scroll down, that would make the buttons visible.

This design issue is already on our list and it will be fixed in the next update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

I don’ think there were any changes made in the theme for the post settings. It would be same as before, author roles or higher (roles that have publish post rights) have access to the post settings
https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities
I just tested with an author role user, it has access to the post settings same as before
https://www.screencast.com/t/vJPOSKFdfG3D
Maybe that plugin in interfering with these default rights, you could check it’s settings again.

Thanks

Hi,

I don’t quite understand what you want to do. What exactly do you want to direct and where. The theme does not have any redirection settings, that could be done with a plugin probably.

Hi,

Thank you for your suggestions, they are noted. I would like to add that the composer can be used to it’s full capabilities for shop pages. Also Woocommerce shortcodes can be rendered by the tagDiv composer
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
So you can design a shop page with any element from the tagDiv composer and it’s settings, add shortcodes to display products if needed as well. Basically those product shortcodes can be used in any page.
As a note, once you set the page built with the composer as shop page in Woocommerce settings, do not edit it with the composer.

Thanks

Hi,

The multi-purpose plugin has been removed as a plugin, it is now part of the tagDiv composer. Please check the theme changelog
https://www.screencast.com/t/uMkJAt6Pt
Are you using the latest theme version? The Cloud library plugin is available only since version 8.8
https://www.screencast.com/t/O8cxqIUt2N

Please correct me if I misunderstand something.

Hi,

In AMP pages the mobile logo will be displayed. So please make sure there is a logo set for mobile

Hi,

A child theme is provided in the theme package
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
In it’s default state it will contain only basic code required by a child theme.

If you have entered code in it or made modifications to the default code found in it, remove the modifications and return it to it’s original state. Check if there is still a problem. Also try not to rename the child theme, that could also cause problems.

Hi,

Let’s try and find a solution here. So you want the footer logo to be displayed closer to the sub-footer. I could remove the margin bottom
https://www.screencast.com/t/0yrf8uiUTlM

.td-footer-template-9 .widget_text {
margin-bottom: 0;
}

That would reduce the space between the footer logo and sub-footer by 38px.

Hi,

White screens could be solved by increasing the WP-memory to a higher value
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

Let us know the results.

Hi,

Only blocks have multiple pagination options, and default category pages. The rest of the pagination would be only numbered pagination

Hi,

Try to re-save the permalinks in the WordPress settings. Then check if there is still a problem with the pages or templates. Let us know.

@mmedia6587 I would say that denying access to the WordPress themes folder would be done server level or htaccess. If it is already crawled you could remove that URL and then disallow it
https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/1663419?hl=en
There are many such topics online, please take a look. They are not all related to our theme.

Hi,

It seems many of the structured data the theme provides by default is missing for your posts. Did you make any modifications to the theme? Are you using any additional structured data implementations or plugins?

All of the necessary and basic structured data for posts is added by the theme by default. Install the latest theme, there were no modifications in this matter by us, so it should be the same as before. Clear all caches installed or CDN if used. Check if there are still issues.

Hi,

Our AMP plugin does not have any font settings at the moment. Maybe such settings will be introduced in a future plugin update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

In the code the font of the paragraphs is defined here

Hi,

Sometimes the memory would still not be enough, if possible and allowed by your hosting provider try to increase it higher, also be sure to check the other parameters mentioned in the guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/

Also take a look at these topics, if there is still a problem try the solutions provided there, these solved problems for many users with composer trouble
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-10/\
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/

If there is still a problem let us know, or mention the solution which worked in your case.

Hi,

But the URL to the post is like this
https://www.fitnessgeeks.nl/waar-zijn-squats-goed-voor/
Why would there be another URL displayed in Google search, you seem to have removed the category base from the URL.
Check some online guides in this matter, best practices

Hi,

1. That is the mega-menu with sub-categories with the Newspaper theme, Newsmag has a mega-menu design like this
https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-mega-menu/
Again, the links and example are using the Newspaper theme not Newsmag. Despite similarities there are also functionality and design differences between the two themes.

2. You could edit the page with the builder you used to create it, probably Visual composer (now WPBakery page builder). That seems to be a heading or title, set a border right to it of the color you want, check in the CSS or design tab settings.
Or use CSS to do that – https://www.screencast.com/t/xYOdyi91K3

.vc_custom_1505806546312 {
border-right: 3px solid white;
}

Thanks
