I can’t deactivate all Plugins. All other Functions from your Template are working correctly. Can it be, that These Issue are only available if i use the Classic Editor instead of the New One? Because the Strange Thing is that the Link wan’t be saved.

I did it like you describe it in the Screens.

1) i changed the Format
2) Used the Style 11
3) Add Link as i see on the Screen ( .youtube.com/watch?v=UVDqLOz2jSM )

Save and Preview. But Nothing happens the Blog page is still blank. if i go back to the Post Edit, the Video Input Box is again Empty.

Any mistake that i made?

It works i have to remove the Link. Only to deactivate the Option din’t remove the link from the template.

i found out that the color only doesnt change on the BLOCK HEADER 4 all other block header do accept the color i give them…

i have downloaded a footer template from could template and linked it in the footer section. in theory this would work great
BUT sadly the block title color doesnt change, i have set the color in tagDiv composer and it doesnt translate it to the live site

yes indeed i have.. i can change, font size, style, family but not the color
i can do the same in the tagDiv composer when i select the Big Grid element..
But there is no option to change the font color

The whole idea is to give the user a more visual option to visit the authors page.
we dont post author names on the site, so we cant get to the author post template for example.
Also we display post content in other areas as well, and if someoene flipps through posts it would be nice to have a button, or as the “more from author” where the visitor can easily and most forwardly visibly click and visit the page from the author.
hence i would have liked to be able to link a specific PAGE to the post ..

If i click on the post, which is in a certain category and can be reached also from other parts of the website.. i cant get back or easily access a page from the “same author”

so the visitor is stuck in looking at other posts (i can manually of coure write in a link)

the author template, only can be visited if i display the author name and someone clicks on it.. thats not visible enough for our intention…

any ideas if we can change or modify this?

We have special user roles on our site. Some users may have their own page () to display lets say their company information with pictures etc (they are the creator of that page (modified role) )
Those very same users are allowed to post into their own a pre-defined category. those posts are displayed on their page.
PROBLEM
If someone visits the page of that particular user and then clicks a post, the post opens and there is no way to get back to the page of the user.
so if we could modify or add another “more from author” box then we could automaticly link back to the page…

I see the entire confusion i had because the smart list can not be incorparted into a Page which i was trying to do.
I somehow understood that i can download a template, asign my smart list to it. then save the short code of the “single post smartlist” element and use this element in my page design so i can display a smart list inside a page with my design

THIS DOESNT WORK. to everyone who is trying this. as it seems not to be intended to be used on a page.

HOW IT WORKS
Download template and style it the way you want to
Create a Post and make a smart list in the wp editor
assign the smart list template under post settings

now when you see the created smart list post you have all the other elements from the template inside it and yes your smart list.

i would have wished the “single post smartlist” element could be used in a page. So it would fit my design and taxomony of the website. not mixing posts and pages.
