Hi,
These needs a careful implementation and testing and it needs custom work so we recommend hiring a freelancer to do it for you because we cannot offer any custom work at the moment as we are a small team and we work hard on development, fixes and support. Sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay!
The theme td_via and td_via_url are properties of td_post_theme_settings post meta if you are registering your posts properties from another system needs to alter the post meta to add those two values.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes, the coding is the same for both themes. The smooth scrolling is meant to work on browsers that don’t have smooth scrolling like chrome/IE 10/11 in the old version of newspaper and now the smooth scrolling feature is only set to work on chrome.
Please provide details like where is it not working, what version of browser and what dose not work well.
Thanks
Hi,
I suggest you send you admin login details via email as requests next time because this forum is public and I don’t think it you want to make them public. Alin edited your post and removed them and I tested your admin panel and checked the category issue you have without any plugins active and turns out this is a plugin issue because the categories work fine like that: http://screencast.com/t/RfyKuOuBaecx
I suggest you do the same and enable the plugins one by to back to fine the one that’s causing this and search for an alternative.
Thanks
Hi,
You can just install the theme there and start configure it with the existing content you have now. We don’t have a specific guide on how to change themes but you can use our installation guide here: http://screencast.com/t/KgyZg4IDO – https://forum.tagdiv.com/wordpress-information/
You should also consider into the process at the following aspects:
– backup your current theme/WordPress/database: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups
– setup a maintenance mode and you can use a plugin for that.
– empty all caches/purge files if you also use CDN host then disable any services of this type until you switch to the new theme
– disable all plugins
– install the theme then install the required plugins
– switch back the rest of the plugins and start other services
The theme blocks filters are based on categories and tags but you can also use authors filters: http://screencast.com/t/chg98E7KAt But to answer your question, then yes, it would be better to add tags to your posts or organize theme into several categories this would make your theme customization work easier.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately I can’t offer an answer on this as the theme hasn’t been tested with custom post types or custom taxonomy and it was designed for the default WordPress taxonomy and post types: https://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Types
I suggest you hire a developer to help you implement another posts type into the theme as you need custom work for it and we cannot offer any at this time. sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
This happens because you have the visual composer’s JavaScript loaded on those pages so when it’s missing the the animation doesn’t work. On your homepage and the other pages the js is loaded as the page builder can be used but on posts pages or author pages the VC page builder shouldn’t be used so the js isn’t loaded.
You could try to enqueue the VC script on all pages then the animation should work: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script – http://screencast.com/t/cVIq3x9qyM8
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure what you mean as I’ve tested the art inline ads and are working fine. Could you please provide a link to one of your posts so I can inspect it.
Thanks
Hi,
According to your description you can add them like this: http://screencast.com/t/zleJ8ISsH
You have to do the same for the other post templates: http://screencast.com/t/DEkYnCiU
Thanks
Hi,
That post isn’t available anymore: http://screencast.com/t/KgqVriqJem6a
According to gtmetrix you still need to optimize images. I suggest you use a plugin for that or add the following code in functions.php file:
add_filter( 'jpeg_quality', create_function('', 'return 50;' ) );
This will compress all images to 50%, you can change that value, after you add the code you have to regenerate all thumbs – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-fix-strange-thumbnails/ and also empty all caches and purge CDN files.
That reported scaled images seems to be on tables landscape view where they are scaled using css: http://screencast.com/t/kK4sfEqrK however that is the way they are designed.
Thanks
Hi,
You can check our demo: view-source:http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/page/2/ it also uses the Yoast and the version 6 of the theme and it does have this meta added to paginated content: http://screencast.com/t/F4MXqac1On
Check your site for it.
Thanks
Replied there!
Thanks
Glad that you’ve managed to solve it!
Thanks for letting us know and for your message!
Have a nice day!
Hi,
From my test the smooth scroll is enable and works on your site compared to our demo which doesn’t have the smooth scroll enabled.
I suggest you make sure you empty all your caches if you don’t have the same result and test again.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Either you add it to each post when you create it or you add it into the template, there is no other way unfortunately! Sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
You mean you want to add post’s excerpt for each post in the slider. If so you can try to add the excerpt like it’s added on other modules that use excerpt, like this: http://screencast.com/t/lVe37OBewqzl and implement it to the slide module here: http://screencast.com/t/nV7OfvgGUjrZ
Not sure how it will work that way as I haven’t tested it and the slide module hasn’t been designed to work with excerpt so additional customization will be needed.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve tried to access your site and saw it’s coming soon so please send us an email with your admin login details so we can have a look and inspect this. Please send your admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com and also provide a link tot his tread.

Hi,
You could try to play with the priority, some plugins may load after it and that’s why it doesn’t return all js – http://screencast.com/t/7fhfjttAT8
http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_action
Thanks
Hi,
If you have made any customization to theme files with or without using the child theme please remove theme and test this again, let us know how it goes and if possible and you can’t manage to find the reason of this happening please provide wp-access so we can have a closer look at this and provide your admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com and also provide a link to this tread so we can know what this is about.
Thanks
Hi,
Yes, please allow access for this ip adress 89.136.241.161
Thanks
Hi,
I got a 2 mb on a pingdom test on your homepage: http://screencast.com/t/Qi4rp3M9 test without plugins and see if there are any differences. Our demo has 1.5 mb: http://screencast.com/t/ZXKMDNGwbZBX and makes 113 requests compared to your front page which makes 174.
If you want to lower that number reduce the no of plugins even more and disable those you don’t use/need or try to find solutions like the one Chris offered to do not load VC on posts.
Thanks

Hi,
Not sure what you mean. Did you also wrote us via email and you didn’t get a reply. Please let us know if so and specify the email address or subject so we can search for it.
Thanks
Hi,
1. I thing you can achieve the result you want by using one of the grid layout we now have and use custom css to hide the additional informations from the post image so you just need to add the grid you want then use the filter section to chose the posts you want to display in it: http://screencast.com/t/lJXzuJfpwheE then use a css like this to hide additional information from the images leaving just the titles which will look like this: http://screencast.com/t/OA8dItmyN
If this is what you want you can sue the css code below to hide the additional descriptions from the grid:
.td_block_big_grid_8 .td-big-grid-post .td-post-category, .td_block_big_grid_8 .td-big-grid-post .td-module-meta-info {
display: none;
}
.td_block_big_grid_8 .td-big-thumb .td-big-grid-meta {
margin: 0 0 40px 20px !important;
}
You can do it for grid 7 the same way and change the css classes from 8 to 7: http://screencast.com/t/nBpzWSy3MhE
2. If you refer to these social icons: http://screencast.com/t/Zy2WXthZS those icons can’t be added anywhere else other than the top menu.
Thanks
Yes, that’s right!
Thanks
Hi,
That’s because the video thumbnail url isn’t encoded: http://screencast.com/t/9PAmMqzDZz
Try just http://warrior.in.th/?p=5488 and see how it goes.
