Hi,
I’ve also replied to you on this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-want-to-add-opinion-name-ander-title/#post-57546
The second also requires custom work so we suggest you hire a freelancer to do this for you if you don’t have coding experience because we cannot provide any custom work at this time. Sorry!
Thanks for understanding and for you message!
Hi,
You need to upload an image for the featured image, the auto-generated image from video works only for youtube, vimeo, daylimotion video. Not work for self-hosted video but you can find the video support for video format here: http://screencast.com/t/yLS6ixAygT and try to add your videos using the same method.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Thanks we’ll test this and get back with an answer as soon as possible.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Please also test without any plugins active, leave just the VC plugins active, empty all caches and test again.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks

Hi,
Like I’ve wrote in the other tread the fb like buttons are place in these top an bottom social sharing functions here: http://screencast.com/t/KGxFPWsLZT
To use you user from your fb page and show the fb likes counts for your page you can use theme’s social counter plugin which will display those likes fro your fb page, like this: http://screencast.com/t/lzi1dDGymQw
Use this guide to set it up: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Thanks
Hi,
That like button uses the link of the current pots and it increments like for it so it should show the total likes you have for that post. The fb like plugin is implemented using this iframe: http://screencast.com/t/25jcgYa0 and the counter is handled by facebook.
Like Alin suggest you should give it some time and check after a few days it might take a while to update and this be a temporary issue due to facebook.
Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi,
Not sure what you mean by “why floating on the menu?” could you please provide more details on it. I’ve also checked the indicated page but haven’t found anything wrong there: http://screencast.com/t/QvxLq3itA71U
Thanks
Hi,
You can add the 'post__not_in' wp query parameter to the 7 days post sorting here: http://screencast.com/t/rBIL9MMEq
$exclude_ids = array( 150, 197, 170 );
$wp_query_args['post__not_in'] = $exclude_ids;
Replace the post ids with yours.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ll add this on our list for further testing and fix it in the next update if its a theme issue.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
1. Alin wrote on this in the other tread. Please do try it without any plugins also as it could happen due to one.
2. This path http://www.site.com/author/ returns an 404 error because there is any page available at that url the right url is http://www.site.com/author/username You can add a redirect for it to fix the webmaster notification or provide more details on this if this is not what you meant so we can check this.
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure what http error you refer too, could you please provide more details on this issue so I can try to recreate it on my side to see if we have a problem or if possible provide wp access via email so I can have a closer look at this, use contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this tread and your host’s answer into your message.
Thanks
Hi,
If possible please also provide a link to your site so we can inspect this issue. It might happen due to the lazy load feature of the theme: http://screencast.com/t/alo1ZDSk so you can disable it and test again.
Not sure how your posts images are added into posts but the theme already styles the images to be responsive so I’m not sure if you really need the “hammy” plugin anymore only if the images html structure changes and the post images css isn’t applied anymore.
Please provide more details or provide your site’s ulr. If you don’t want to post it here you can use our email address contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this tread.
Thanks
Hi,
Not sure, the code looks good. Please provide wp access via email so I can have a closer look at this, use contact@tagdiv.com and include a link to this tread.

Hi,
That widget title is generated by WordPress and it’s difficult from technical point of view to change the title when updated and add it there. Sorry for the inconvenience, we will see what we can do!

Hi,
The theme hasn’t been designed to work with CPT while the VC plugin has built in CPT support that’s why you can use VC post grid element and not theme blocks.
We might add CPT into the theme in the near future however we haven’t decided anything on this yet so I can provide details on it.
Thanks
Hi,
Could you please provide a live/working example as I’m not sure that I understand what you need to do and how this works and what those (tags) represent from your example.
Thanks
