We will release the newspaper version 5 of the theme in next 1.5 month. I’ll add your request on our request list and consider changing the design of the cart/checkout pages closer to your needs however adding a customization panel I’m not sure it’d be available soon as it is not easy and we have to focus on finish other matter that need handled.

I’ve also studied your “ideal layout” on from the screenshot above and noticed that many of your request can be archived using css so if you need this you can get a freelancer to help you do the design you want.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an post system designed for this but you could try to find a way to use theme’s settings for this or find a plugin for it.
You could also use theme’s ads system and use a custom ad spot.

Sorry for the inconvenience and trouble however as we previous stated this was a step we had to make as with the change of the theme’s grid a designing the theme to be able to also support rtl would cost us many resources so considering this we’ve taken the decision to not provide rtl support from version 5 of the theme.

Sorry for all the trouble @aleister!
We’ll adopt a more severe method for next version of the theme and hopefully we will prevent events like ones we had in the latest theme update.
Since version 4.4.2 the Visual Composer plugin has doubled in size and also has several new features therefore uses more resources.
You could try to revert back to the previous version of the VC plugin if you don’t use the latest features. If you don’t have make a request at our email address(contact@tagdiv.com) for it and we will send it to you.

This could happen if you use speed booster plugin and lots of plugins or your server response time is high. The speed booster plugin moves js/css resource files to the footer so js scripts or css stylesheets will load later therefore creating this unstyled gallery while the style file is loading.

Please try this without any other plugins.
– leave just the VC and the speed booster plugin active
– make sure you empty all caches
– purge files if you use CDN host

If you still have this issues, let us know and also provide your site’s url so we can inspect it.

The theme don’t have an administration panel for your mobile version as it was designed to be responsive so your desktop content will also be present on your mobile version of the site however it will be styled differently.

Unfortunately you also can’t use any plugins to change the the content of your homepage on mobile as the the theme uses shortcodes to build the pages so using a mobile theme would look something like this: http://screencast.com/t/BuPzzgSiu ..as the need of VC plugin is required to interpret the shortcodes.

We also plan to improve the mobile version of the theme and build a system which will allow customization and control of your mobile content.

Cache could cause many issues, we recommend using just page cache and to avoid issues id recommend to empty cache after each change you do. I’m not noticing it: http://screencast.com/t/ecmw7JGtm
Seems that sometimes Google’s testing tool could preview your site’s in different ways. Recently we had as similar report about the site looking unstyled or just a white screen but didn’t had actually any issues in the browser.

Please also test this using a default WordPress theme also remember to empty caches if you use cache plugins. I also recommend you to check this with all plugin disable to exclude the chance this happens due to a plugin. Leave just the theme’s Visual Composer active then enable the rest of the plugins one by one to see which one is causing your issue.
