Hi,
That means that is coming from an VC element which you have added to your page. You need to check your page configuration/settings to find the cause of it.
You can also hide it via custom css: http://screencast.com/t/Zs1dTIWM
Use this css code in theme panel > custom css filed:
.home .no-results {
display: none
}
Thanks
Hi,
You can try to use a plugin like Force Regenerate Thumbnails which deletes all thumbnails then regenerates them again.
Thanks
Hi,
I will add this on our feature requests list and we will consider it for future updates, however we have almost 200 feature requests and we have to pick very carefully what we implement, if more people will request this we will consider it and do it.
Thanks for your suggestion!
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme don’t have an option for this, you can use a plugin like WordPress Social Login and use this thread to add it to the login form: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/where-to-put-this-code/
We will also consider this for future updates.
Thanks for you suggestion!
Hi,
The , sans-serif; should be added by default for 'Open Sans' font when set form theme panel. I have also tested this but haven’t noticed any issues with this: http://screencast.com/t/DIHhd1LYKGqD
Configuration: http://screencast.com/t/BWXcjcgGh8Bp
Please provide your site’s ulr and point me where to look for this so I can inspect this and also make sure that you try this without plugins and that you use the latest theme version (4.6.1)
Thanks
Hi,
Check to see if you have this option enabled then check again after a while, give it some time: http://screencast.com/t/4zeQjJGATi1
You can find more info about robots.txt file here: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6062608?hl=en
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
Please also try this without any plugins active and also make sure that you use the latest theme version (4.6.1) and that you empty cache an purge files then test again.
I have also tested this using the url of you instagram image inside the posts content and haven’t had any issues, it’s rendered fine: http://screencast.com/t/pH4j3c5NB
If you still don’t get this working please also test this by switching to a WordPress default theme and if this still happens then you might have a WordPress issue.
Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
Try to use this ID’s, inpect your page source, like this: http://screencast.com/t/5cpXIhxoPDxN and also use the function to inspect scripts presented at the second point under the “Remove render blocking css/js – using the TagDiv Speed Booster plugin (Advanced Users)” in the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Make sure you do this right.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have settings for responsive view/mobile view. The content from your homepage/post page is just styled for mobiles screens and it’s the same as on desktop screens.
We plan to improve this system in the future and add options for this but at the moment this can only be achieved via css and use the media queries to target the mobile view and hide content.
This is the media query which you need to used to target the mobile view screens:
/* responsive phone */
@media (max-width: 767px) {
add your css code here
}
Hope this helps! Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks
Hi,
You just need to go to import/export panel, copy this code from your backup: http://screencast.com/t/pMMAbFKZBoT and paste it to your new installation in the same panel but in the import filed: http://screencast.com/t/vsJTK2AwVTF
Or search you database for td_008 option_name under wp_options
Thanks

Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
Thanks Chris!
@idansx Sorry for the delay! I have checked your site and haven’t found or noticed any issues,the ajax features you’ve mentioned work fine now. Please let me know if you still have issues with this.
Thanks
Hi,
Could you please provide more details about your issue as I’m not sure I understand. Please disable all plugins leaving just the Visual Composer active then empty cache and/or purge files if you use any cache plugins or CDN services and check again.
If you are not unsgin the laste theme version(4.6.1) and this still isn’t working please check your console for errors and also make sure your theme settings are saved. If not you have to increase the max_input_vars = 1000; value inside the php.ini file to max_input_vars = 5000;.
If you don’t have access to the php.ini file please contact the host administrator and let him know about this issue.
You could also updated the theme if the settings aren’t saved as we have made some changes in the latest versions so this won’t be needed anymore.
Hope this helps! Please let me know!
Thanks
Hi,
You can use this custom css:
.category .entry-content {

}
You can also do it by editing the category and remove its description: http://screencast.com/t/ImAUWWYGsj
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately mega menu wasn’t designed to work with custom post types so if you need this I suggest you to get someone to help you with it as you need custom work for it and unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at this time as we work hard on development, updates, fixes, and support so you would have to get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I’m not sure I understand what you want to do but you can find a list of custom fields in post editing panel: http://screencast.com/t/jAdXlzkq0n
This might help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/help-post-site-template-for-custom-post-type/#post-22609
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
@jagodnik Please take notice of what Chris pointed above and let me know if that is what you refer too. If not please let me know and provide more details about your issue as in which case you receive this errors.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe you refer to your logo image, in that case you need to edit and replace the alt attribute based on the header style you use in this files: http://screencast.com/t/TcQ3ONMR
Hope this helps!
Thanks

Hi,
Still not sure what you mean.. The theme doesn’t have an option to rotate ads and in this case you have to use a plugin like Chris suggested. On other hand adsense ads are loaded by google and you don’t have an option over that.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
I have tested your site and haven’t noticed any issue with it, could you please provide more details about the issues you have with the mobile view of you site or let me know if you’ve managed to fix it.
Thanks
Hi,
Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an tuition for that. You can use WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin to translate it: http://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/the-beginners-guide-to-wordpress-seo-by-yoast-on-page-seo–wp-35176
Plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/
