We’ve checked your site but unfortunately we couldn’t determine the reasons for this issue, if this still happens without any plugins activate and with the WordPress default themes then this could indicate a WordPress install issue or it could be server issue which is not related to the theme.

My advise is to try this with a fresh WordPress install and check this before installing any plugins or theme and check to see if it works.
A work around would be to use the featured video filed to set featured video’s thumb as a featured image then add the video to the post using it’s url and set your post to use the gallery format to remove the video thumb from the post.

All this scripts jquery.min.js / td_site.min.js / comment-reply.min.js and stylesheets also s_composer.css / style.css and fonts are by default moved to the footer when you activate the tagdiv speed booster plugin: http://screencast.com/t/btjgYihJ so you don’t need to add them just make sure you have this plugin active and also check if this happens when by checking the page source.

Unfortunately not all VC elements have been designed to work in tabs and you need additional customization for this as there are lots of possibilities and it is not possible to have this work in all cases.

You could add it but you would need to edit the header file as there is no setting for it so you would need custom work for that which we cannot provide at this time as we work on updates/development and support.
