You can create a blank page and start editing it with tagDiv Composer. That page will be fully editable using the tagDiv Composer.

If you’re creating the blank page you can add whatever block you want.

Make sure that you have enough posts for the category that is set on that block.

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor.

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

You can code the cloud library templates but those will require serious coding skills. In order to make the site full width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.

If you are using a background color / image this will cause the boxed layout.

You can use a licence key for one single product, but if you want to move the Newsmag theme to another website, you’ll need to reset the licence key from that website http://prntscr.com/ouwxxd and remove the theme, in this way thy licence will be available for the new website.
According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)

You can create a blank page, edit it using the tagDiv Composer and add the elements in order to achieve the looks of that page.
