That part is the footer. You can edit that by going into Theme Panel – Footer and edit it from there. And the sidebar wich cannot be edited comes from the widgets area. To edit that you have to go into Appareance – Widgets.

This is not an issue. The designs do not match is because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

This is most likely a plugin conflict. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
I suggest to check your System Status and increase all the php.ini directives at least to the recommended values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

We managed to find a quick fix. Upgrade the timeout field to 1000 and delete the cache.
