If you would like to have a custom sized logo, you could choose a header style that does not have a limit or required size for the image used. Header styles 9, 10 or 11 do not have a requirement for the logo

If you are not using the mobile theme you can change the font using the theme settings, and they will display on mobile devices as well. Or you can use the theme advanced custom Css sections and create code based on the different screen sizes – https://www.screencast.com/t/NbtZvusjUSFi
For example if you want to change the post title on phones you could do it like this

First of all I want to thank you for developing this amazing theme. It is truly the most versatile theme we have used, and provides our readers with a delightful experience.
I am writing with regards to our website (https://worldwithouthorizons.com). We have been trying to place a double line menu item as follows in this example (see attachment). This website is similarly using a modified version of the newspaper theme. We would like to use the wordpress description feature and insert the description on top of the words in the menu item
We were looking at documentation using the menu descriptions and extending the walker class using wp_nav_menu(), but there was not much documentation to go on. At this point as long as the effect is created we would be alright. Perhaps you can point us to the relevant files and we would have a look ourselves.

Hello. I am not really sure how to ask this because I do not know the correct terms. I have seem many of the theme examples have a side bar that scrolls until the content stops. My scroll bar is affixed to the top of each page and there is a large empty area at the end of each page since the articles are longer than the side bar. Could you please point me in the direction to fixing this?

I think this is a fatal error of the theme, there is some way to correct it, it is idexa in google the pages:

Hi, I’m trying to set up the Newspaper theme. I wanted it to appear similar to link below

However, I can only set Grid 1-12 only to “Per categories setting”, what I wanted to do is to Set it to homepage.
For example, to show each latest post combined on the top, then use Gride 2 for Health menu, use Grid 3 for Trending. All in homepage. You can imagine what I wanted is similar to Newspaper Health homepage. I don’t want to show only post Module, but Grid to homepage. Please help.

I just want to know
1) If it is possible to have multiple block header categories on homepage. I can see that in “Widgets” content blocks have an option to choose header type but I don’t see such a choice on pages.
2)I want to have related posts in the sidebar using block widget (Block 7 for example). Is it possible that posts appearing in this widget change with the change in the category similar to related articles that appear below the post?
3) Posts shown in the sidebar also keep on showing the main post (currently being viewed). Is there a way to implement “Unique Articles” feature for sidebar widgets as well?
4) Is there a tutorial to create “Tabbed Content” similar to Newspaper-Magazine listing categories Fashion, Sport, Music, World, Lifestyle.

Is there a css code to limit the header’s “height” to cut off automatically at 500 pixels ACROSS THE WHOLE WEBSITE, FOR EVERY POST, instead of including the entirety of its featured images?

I have created a homepage with some blocks at my website northbasket.gr. I face with a problem with the custom URLs I provide in the blocks. See for example ΕΚΑΣΘ or ΤΜΗΜΑΤΑ ΥΠΟΔΟΜΗΣ. If you click the first one, it redirects to another url(from a post) and if you click in second one, it appears broken link. Why this happens? I cannot understand it because also link seems to be right when you click and I have tried all of version but no result(for example “/εκασθ/” or “http://northbasket.gr/%CE%B5%CE%BA%CE%B1%CF%83%CE%B8/”).
Also I found that if I copy-paste the URL of second category(http://northbasket.gr/%CF%84%CE%BC%CE%B7%CE%BC%CE%B1%CF%84%CE%B1-%CF%85%CF%80%CE%BF%CE%B4%CE%BF%CE%BC%CF%89%CE%BD/) I get a broken link even if I get the copy from menu item!

I am trying to decrease font size for any devises.
For example;
Brock Title=Desktop(18px), Ipad mini4 (16px), Iphone(14px)
Article title=Desktop(20px), Ipad mini4 (18px), Iphone(16px)
Normal text(Body?)=Desktop(16px), Ipad mini4(14px), Iphone(12px)
Media files always decrease their size on each devises. And it is fine for me.
But text does not. I would like to decrease text font size on each devises.

AMP support should be done with the AUTOMATTIC AMP plugin; and not waiting for theme version. We’ve been using that for 15 months with no troubles.
Google chooses whether to use breadcrumbs or not, and they can do so regardless of mark-up. They grabbed our breadcrumbs on our old shtml website for years with no schema markup at all.
Generally you need to resubmit your sitemaps in Search Console whenever you make any changes to your site “markup” like breadcrumbs, themes, etc., so that they “reindex” and restructure your content in their cache.
All our sites using Newsmag and Newspaper, and WPION, (and our in house theme), all have breadcrumbs in SERPS.
Also note console errors on your pages can cause issues, so good to check pages with “fetch as Google” which will show you WHAT THEY SEE.

I’m thinking about changing my website theme, wich is newsmag, to the newspaper theme. I only work with tagdiv themes because quality is great.
I would like to know if there is some kind of problem in changing. For example: will I have to resize all imagens with ewww optimizer? Will my visual composer templates be lost during transition? Will articles made with visual composer loose their original configuration?

The demo with content includes ready made menus, categories, posts etc. These will not be available if you install the demo without content. You will have to create your own categories and menus for example

The settings that are imported are the demo css stylesheet and the theme panel settings.
It would be easier if you would install the demo you want with content and then gradually see how things work, and replace the dummy data with your own as you create it.

The only available option for a background ad at the moment, is like this

You can use the image you want and set it as background, for the ad. Anything else will have to be achieved through a plugin for example, that has additional options or settings for a background ad. I could not make any recommendations in this matter, but you can always search the forum for solutions provided by our users regarding a different implementation of a background ad system.
