we are use for 3 months newspaper, the an amazing experience theme. They did a very good job.

My profesional website: Turkish populer science, culture, art, history, social contents and trend informations blog. The website features content in categories such as general, science and technology, entertainment, religious, culture and arts, history, literature, social, life, communication, and quality contents. Forum and Question & Answer section are in website.

This is just an example. To have the function working on modules are required some customimations. You can try to implement this if you want but it’s not an easy task. Basically you will need to pass all category tags trough a foreach cycle and assign them a color from theme panel > theme colors. We were able to add config to each of the block settings (in visual composer) using a function hooked to admin_init. This allows the user to specify a list of terms in that taxonomy and filter the results by those terms.

Then we added some custom code in a child theme copy of the td_data_source class to read those settings and filter the results. This was added to the end of the td_data_source::shortcode_to_args() function, just before returning the $wp_query_args:

I am looking for a similar feature. My question is do any of you know know how to get a RSS widget on a category page? For example, we have a health and fitness category, when a reader goes to that category page, under our articles we would like a widget to display rss feeds from outside sources. But how exactly do you get the rss widget on each category page, and how to you customize so each category rss widget is drawn from different sources (ex the business rss would draw from different sources than the health and fitness one).

I do have Visual Composer installed; it’s just not the latest version. The funny thing was that the settings seemed to be correct (=the same as before theme update), yet for some reason there were additional, unwanted categories like “Latest articles”, “The most popular posts” and “Popular category” (all in Finnish, of course) at the bottom of the front page. They were not there before the update.

I also noticed that my translations were missing.

TagDiv’s instruction video says “Delete the old version of the theme.” At that stage I deleted the “Newspaper 4 child theme”, which was active. Afterwards I have wondered if I should have deleted the Newspaper 4 main theme, not the child theme. Which should one delete?

Note that I have made customizations to a number of php files – for example, td_block_8.php – and added customizations in the CSS Editor. Does this cause problems when updating?

The theme have support for custom post types and custom taxonomies, for more details about this please check our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
We don’t have a template hierarchy documentation but the theme it’s coded according with WordPress standards and the hierarchy is the same. More details about this can be found here: https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/basics/template-hierarchy/ Because the theme it’s very complex the file structure it’s a bit different then in a default wp theme. For example the theme have more loop/single files because have more posts templates. Best way to check each file role is to create a test install on your computer, then start editing and see how the your changes affect the front end.

I even copied the code exactly from the example link you sent and then pasted it in the text editor and it didnt work. Ill give it a go later today and disable the other youtube plugins and see. Will update you.

Although there might be a misunderstanding. The problem we are facing has not only to do with the sharing buttons. The thing is, when we also tried to copy and paste article’s link (e.g: http://www.artharbour.gr/eikastika/armeniki-vizita/ ) and share it on our facebook page (or one’s profile page) the problem remains.
For some other articles the sharing is made correctly. For example our new editorial (http://www.artharbour.gr/editorial/fevrouarios-2016/) is shared properly just by coping – pasting the main url/ or via the sharing button.
