I am new here, so i need your help to properly setup my website.
1) first question is about <h1> and <h2> tags. I want to add <h1> tag on my homepage, only for SEO purpose, so i used this html code: <h1 style=”display: none;”>keyword</h1> to edit homepage. Everything works great, but the problem is that, there is blank space under the image slider where i edited the code. can somebody explain me how to do it properly?
2) is it possible to have h2 tags for each article which is shown on homepage?
3) As i moved to new theme, i noticed that my website indexing structure has changed. Fore example: when i search site on google, instead of full permalink is see mywebsite.com/category. Is it bad or not for SEO, to have category shown in search engine?

This is a complex task and unfortunately I can’t provide a solution now. However if for some posts you don’t want to use a featured image you could add them in a specific category, then use one of our block which don’t display the featured image, to display them.
Here is an example:
-post named Post 1, Post 2, Post 3 don’t have feature image.
-add this posts in a specific category like No Image category
-use one of block 9 or block 10 to display this posts and select from block settings the “No Image” category.
If you need a different implementation for this my advice is to hire a freelancer to do this for you as we can’t offer custom modifications services at the moment.

Unfortunately the theme does not have such an option. You can only insert one ad in one spot. Maybe you can achieve this by using a plugin like adrotate for example.

I’ve checked the link provided as example and noticed that this is a custom post type which most likely it’s generated by one of your installed plugins Our theme have implementation for custom post types and the sidebar should be displayed fine. This issue could be caused by the widgets tile. You need to use just standard letters on the titles. Any other symbol such as !, @, #, $, or – , _ or language specific characters, will cause the sidebar and the widget area to remove widgets and sidebars.
Also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and the one which generate the current post type, clear all caches and test again.

I’m trying to create a video format post (with a video from youtube). When creating a new post, choosing a format to be video,pasting the video url to the featured video section and after choosing the post template (style 9) the video is not showing the same when I preview the post and post it.

I would like the final post to be shown as the preview post.

You need to use different ad-spots in order to have different ads:
For example

}Please note that any changes in theme files involve basic php knowledge. Unfortunately we cannot offer any type of custom work at the moment so if you can’t do this by yourself my advice is to look for someone which may help you or hire a developer to do this for you.

The best way to do it is add a menu item to the top menu and name it menu: http://screencast.com/t/nFGssrBgws
And then figure out the class of the item and use css to hide it on desktop and tablet viewports like for example: http://screencast.com/t/KsLzGW2IFg
Then you can use this class to target it like so:

You can even use font awesome for menus to add an icon to it if you want.

Unfortunately, this is the problem about cropping system. Our theme uses the system of cropping from center to top. The theme uses thumbs to reduce the page size and speed up page loading time. From each image uploaded are generated thumbs for each thumb size used by the theme. Basically, when a post it’s displayed on the page in a block, the featured image displayed is not the one which you uploaded in the media file, it’s a thumb cropped from the original image at the precise dimension. To change the picture orientation most likely you will need a different cropping system. Unfortunately, our theme does not have this such option to show the share count, sorry. You should find a plugin with this functionality and see how it works for you.
For your second request, please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area. Below, I gave you an example and you should try to implement this on your website as you wish.

Note that I’ve test this only with pot temple 1. For others post templates you will need different customizations. You can use this example to customize and others post template. In case you can’t do it yourself my advice is to find someone who can help you with this as we cannot offer any type of custom work at the moment.

Hi guys, currently I´m testing qTranlate-X (on your recommendation) and it works well. Only one issue: The translation for subtitle (posts) is not working correctly. It actually depends on the ad position. If it’s a header ad in a header style then the header defines the style of the ad. Please provide an example of what ad you would like re-positioned so we can have an idea of how to help. Please provide a link to your website and specify which ad you want edited.

I turned of everything except VC and even tried the plugin on numerous other themes. All worked without a problem, even newer and more complex ones (ENFOLD for example). So I don’t think it has to do anything with the plugin …
Still thankful for every hint you or anyone else might provide.
Note that only you can optimize your own site/server — no theme can optimize problems with your site setup such as caching, time to live, image compression, gzip/deflate, external tools like Jetpack that slow things down. You will have problems with all complex themes unless you learn to make the optimzations needed BY YOU to speed up your site/server/hosting account setup. This is true of *all* WordPress installs, regardless of theme.
(I don’t work here; just been using WordPress for over 11 years …)
You might try testing one of your posts with GTMetrix.com which shows the better examples of the things you need to fix with examples.
Again — site optimization is theme independent!
Hi! I tried searching the forums for my issue but wasn’t able to find anything. On pages without sidebars (and designed using Visual Composer), there is always a space underneath the footer if there’s only a few lines of content on the page. Here’s an example picture.
If I add padding-bottom to my content and push the footer down, it looks normal, but I’m wondering if there’s a recommended approach from the TagDiv team 🙂 Can we force the footer to be at the bottom of the screen?

I am fed up with changing fonts every time in theme panel. Default spacing is unusual. Please tell me how to set fonts and spacing, Which look like most website commonly use.
Can’t we have an option like MS-word to change font type, size, and spacing in the text box.
Please help. These settings are taking lot of time, thus delaying my work. In theme fonts there are 100’s options to change that really mess up everything
