In the past few months, we’ve experienced difficulties in having featured images show in recent post sections. They will either show up as a grey gradient box or as white space entirely. I’ve checked the plugins and they all seem to be in working order and not in conflict with the theme so I assume its an issue with the theme. I’m looking for a solution.

Hi Calin,
this is not my website (not my thread too, just chimed in here). Your reply doesn’t answer my question though: How can I have more than one article inline ad on AMP?`
Thanks
Hi, here the 2 examples:

Hi Anamaria,
I’m using AdSense and have auto-ads integrated already. But this didn’t show them within the content of the articles (just above and below).
Ah, I see – ad spots in the mobile theme will get used on AMP – but only one article inline ad is not enough, as my content is very lengthy sometimes. So I would need more ad spots within the article content: How can I use more article inline ads for AMP?
Thanks,
eC
Hi,
I see that some of the websites are not yet indexed – https://i.imgur.com/QZu7Kud.png – https://i.imgur.com/mQDQIbm.png
You need to check your posts if are indexed and only that those will be AMP coverage increase.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you notice that the site redirects to other sites, it may be because of injected malware. We recommend you follow the steps below:
– Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
– Update the theme to the latest version, Newspaper v5.2.3
If you have gone through the steps above and are still facing issues, don’t hesitate to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com. We’ll be ready to help you as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hello,
If you use the Single Post Template global for all posts, then you can set the code here
For mobile you can create a mobile template and delete the code from the top ad -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
AMP is very restrictive when it comes to the ads and to the content. What type of ads are you planning to use on AMP exactly? Are they compatible with AMP?
The most popular and widely used type of ads used for AMP are AMP auto ads from Google https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261309?hl=en
We provide a field for entering the code https://i.imgur.com/2kAsROP.png
Also, the mobile theme ad spots will load ads on mobile or mobile + AMP https://i.imgur.com/YEkMJ6N.png
Thank you!
Hello Alex!
If you use the Downtown PRO, you are already using cloud templates.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Simply create the above-mentioned post submission form in a cloud template and place it, for example, on your homepage.
Thank you!
Hello @jej!
The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information. A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

Hi so we are using Newspaper Pro theme. We notice that with caching (runcloud) the font size of the homepage changes to 13px when normal is 15px for anonymous users visiting our website.
However if the admin logs in to the same homepage, then we see 15px normal font. Where is the font settings for anonymous users coming from? Some help would be appreciated. Thanks,
Best Regards,
Suvrit
It is possible to hide some posts from the mega menu that have a tag, for example: all posts with the tag ‘hide-post’ would not appear in the mega menu. This is because there are filters for grids, loops, sidebars, but nothing for the mega menu!
Even if it’s through a snippet, I would appreciate it.
Hi,
We have a large number of sites that run the Newspaper theme. On almost all theme updates the ‘tagDiv Cloud Library’ & ‘tagDiv Composer’, either get deactivated or deleted entirely causing the sites to appear broken.
This happens on a number of sites so I know it isn’t a site specific issue.
Any solutions for this?
Hai,
what is the technical environment:
• Newspaper Version: 12.1.1
• WordPress 6.1.1
• PHP Version 7.4.30
• Testing with Chrome and iPhone 6s
What is the problem: the settings are the same for all three modules and yet there are different mobile displays. From my point of view, this should not be the case, because I can only make mobile settings for Flex 10 M2. This means that otherwise the CSS settings for desktop should apply to mobile.
Maybe I am blind and do not see the right settings … thx for supporting the issue!

I can force the desired behaviour by adding this CSS:
@media (max-width: 767px) {
body .tdi_115 .td_module_fex_6 .td-module-meta-info {
padding: 0px;
}
body .tdi_131 .td_module_flex_6 .td-module-meta-info {
padding: 0px !important;
}
body .tdi_131 .td_module_flex_7 .td-module-meta-info {
padding: 0px !important;
}
}
Module Settings:
Big Grid Flex 5
MODULE CATEGORY GRID 1
MODULE CATEGORY GRID 2
MODULE CATEGORY GRID 3
Meta info margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px
Meta info padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px
Article title padding: 2px 5px 2px 5px
Category tag spacing: standard
Category tag padding: standard
Big Grid Flex 10
MODULE CATEGORY GRID 1
MODULE CATEGORY GRID 1 – MOBILE
MODULE CATEGORY GRID 2
Meta info margin: 0px 0px 0px 0px
Meta info padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px

Already uninstall the mobile theme & AMP plugin
Everything looks fine on PC and phone.
May I know why this function cannot be turned on?
Dose mobile theme & AM P plugin increase web page speed?
Thank you
P.S.: In addition I would like to know, how I can control the Ads in an AMP article (via mobile theme and official AMP plugin)
The number of AMP coverage does not increase.
My site has more than 5500 page but it shows only 3040 page is covered.
Besides it is decreasing day by day.
Why?
This is my website http://komeda.shop

Hello @ndodariya!
The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Check this thread also: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/as-a-result-of-checking-the-amp-version-of-the-website-it-was-found-that-the-st/

Hello
In newspaper theme panel, on section mobile theme – grid & latest article settings at number of post to display 6 is the biggest value. Is any solution to increase the value?
Hi @Bettina,
Thank you for the quick response. Is the second code, the one for mobile theme, only needed if I use the dedicated mobile theme?
I will try it and then get back to you.
EDIT – sorry, considering that I use WP Rocket, I will preload the fonts there. Do I add the links from example in code, like “/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?17”, or just “/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff”, like in the screenshot of WP Rocket settings?
Thanks.

Hello,
I’m having issues using emojis in my content.
I would like to use the current version of emojis. I copy them from this website (https://fr.piliapp.com/facebook-symbols) but when I paste them, it’s the old version of the emojis which appear.
I would like to add emojis in my articles so I cannot use SVG. Do you know how can I have the current version of emojis showing on my website ? Thanks.
For example (see the screenshot : https://ibb.co/BNp0krT ), when I had the 100 euros emoji, I would like the green emojis to appears so I paste it, but it is the blue one which appears.
