How to make the tag list by popularity has # icon appear?
When I use tag list by alphabetically the icon # appear.
For example:
#newsite
#US
#Australia etc.
But this icon (#) does not work for tag list by popularity. The tag list appear plainly, like:
newsite
US
Australia.
Any CSS code to add or?
I have installed & customized newspaper theme on few domains, but currently unable to customize the theme on new domains and showing error “To use a license key on a different domain, you can unassign it from the list anytime after 2022-09-19 15:39:39 UTC + 02:00.”
But I want to use these theme to multiple domains, please get these resolved urgent basis.

I am currently designing a website where I want a special background: I want to have one element coming from the header but down to the content, just a bit like the darker yellow part here: https://wordpress.com/de/theme/quadrat-yellow
Is there the possibility to set the theme background to light yellow – and put the graphic (as PNG for example) into the header, but so that the content is not underneath this part? (Like in the wordpress-example that the text “The podcast…” is already in the content area)
I didn’t find a good solution, just workarounds I am not very happy with.

I am designing a header – chose a background color. A photo lies beneath the row with the background color. Nothing changes when I write numbers into the “background opacity”. I want the photo to shine a bit through the background color.

We have followed the above steps and we have done all the activities, disabling, deleting and installing plugin and cleared the cache and issue still persist. This is serious issue and coming from Theme only. We need solution on this.

I’ve been very interested in this topic for a long time. I’m always looking for discussions everywhere about the topic of AMP or mobile-optimized website themes.
The mobile theme on the newspaper in my opinion is the best choice right now if you want something faster than other themes.
If you install it with AMP it will be an even better choice, but with the big drawback of removing all existing designs. It’s the same as mobile Themes but even faster.
From my latest analysis, if your website is designed for news using AMP is the best choice because you will get exclusive rights from Google that carries this AMP, I recommend it for now.
But if your website is fast before using AMP or mobile themes I don’t think it’s necessary.
*The benefits of using a mobile theme, AMP or mobile theme + AMP differ from choice;
>If you only use a mobile theme, it is possible that other plugins that you apply will work optimally with a simple mobile website appearance.
>If you only use AMP, it allows the website to be faster but very simple and will execute plugins that are not optimal with AMP or do not support AMP.
>If you only use mobile + AMP themes, I’m actually quite confused by this but the mobile website will have 2 versions namely mobile and AMP themes that visitors can choose from.
**Simply put, both mobile and AMP themes aim to make visitors or readers who come can access the page quickly and visitors who have very – very slow internet (even for users who are still using 3G networks) will be happy to access the AMP site.
When we use SEO Meta in 1 Click to check heading in our web stories. It shows dual/duplicate titles like H1,H1 then H2,H2, H3,H3. So we checked our stories in AMP tool and confirmed it. Our theme is showing duplicate headings for web stories. Also, Title Tag is missing which is a killer of SEO. Please help. @ncalex

I would love to integrate a “FAQ Area / Knowledge Base” into my WordPress Site with Newspaper Theme.
Any suggestions how to keep my theme in its current style and simply integrate a Search Form (just for the FAQ articles) and an overviews over the faq articles on that white area? (Every Plugin I’ve found so far creates an 100% width page, not in the style of my theme)

Please use an inline text element and a single background image element. Put them into a row, split into 2 columns, for example, and there you’ll have the settings to adjust the image. Also, every element has a CSS tab where you can change the margin, padding, and border.

I’m sorry about the misunderstanding, but any extra info, screenshot, or video should be a good hint.
The problem there is the AMP layout, which is running there. That’s why it is white and a different template. When you enable the mobile theme plugin with AMP, then it will overwrite the templates with their layout. This layout has some settings only in order to customize the design in the theme panel. I guess it is from your cache because it is happening sometimes and not all the time. For example, if I just click on the post or category, it will not flash.

This is not what I want.
I want to keep the empty space on the left and right – as for example here:

See the color of the author name is different from the other text. I want to do the same for some of the text in the content on the blog post.
In the Gutenburg editor, when you insert a link in a phrase or text it changes color like below:

I want to give text with any such inserted links in the body of the blog post a separate color. Otherwise, visitors will be unable to distinguish them from normal text.
For example, this is an article by gamerant https://snipboard.io/JMTp9V.jpg . Notice that when you hover over a text with inserted link, it highlights up. I want a similar effect or maybe just a different color by default.

Every element from your page has a class that you should add it for the CSS code. For example, for the post content and blockquote links you can write the CSS like this:
