We are using tagDiv with user name sanjeev. Our Website is https://rashtrajyoti.in.
Few days ago, I raised an issue over mail & forum that tpcomposer isn’t functioning properly and gives an issue while editing the Posts, it shows outdated and gives an option to update (instlly/activate), but once we try to update it, it shows ‘failed’ in front of the feature we try to update. Hence, you have asked us to delete the plugin and manually install through evanto. Today, we did the same and tried updating tdcomposer, td social counter & td cloud library manually. I cleared the browser cache.
If you visit my home page, it’s showing double images as well as full text of the posts. Where as earlier it was showing single image and excerpts of the posts.

The above problems persists even when I open my site on my mobile.

The whole front page loading can be somehow accepted
But from the time I switch the theme the main problem is with adding, edition or publishing the post – this taking forever.
I disabled almost all plugin keeping only the mandatory for theme
I have powerful cloud server 32 GB RAM, 8 vCPU, 640 GB SSD dedicated only for this wordpress website
Also I ask for help W3 Total Cache – Team they replay to me but I do not have a qlue what to look for

So in this case SOmething else is setting the headers and not just W3 Total Cache. For example, the Referrer-Policy: in W3 Total Cache is set to no-referrer-when-downgrade, and On your files have strict-origin-when-cross-origin. This means that either you have some nested .htaccess or those are defined in httpd.conf

I just created a mobile page for one of my category pages. Everything works well, except the ‘offset post’function. The post in the ‘Post loop’ should start at ‘post 4’ from the latest post in that category. After saving and testing, it just shows the first post from the latest post in that category. It is very strange, because in editing mode it says ‘sample post 4’, but it’s still not showing the 4th post.
Am i doing something wrong? How can I fix this?

And try after that to activate the theme.

there are a couple of issues.
1. When I enable the mobile theme, for both amp and mobile, the homepage, still doesn’t change on mobile.
2. when I go to edit my homepage through the WordPress editor, the editor, is really slow, and slugginsh.
3. Even if I manage to enable the mobile theme option in the edit panel of the home page, post update, the changes don’t take place.

It is wrong to write offset -10, you need to write there a positive value for example 10.
Also, it is a bit tricky to use 2 different posts loop. The problem there is the pagination if you will use 2 posts loop, maybe you could use the button load more for example.
I recommend you to use a flex block, so they have a tab Filter where you can select to display posts only from a category dynamically: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

I’m making some progress, although I’m new to WordPress and chose this theme for my new website. And I still have many doubts. For example, in Post Settings, the POST AND CUSTOM POST TYPES settings only apply for the SINGLE POST TEMPLATE – DEFAULT PRO style, but not for the DEFAULT style or styles 1 to 12 and the EDIT WITH TAGDIV COMPOSER option only works for the SINGLE POST TEMPLATE – DEFAULT PRO style, not for the other styles. And I like SINGLE POST TEMPLATE – DEFAULT PRO, but I would like to disable SHOW CATEGORY TAGS and SHOW DATE.
I hope you understand me, my native language is Spanish and for English I have to use the translator.

I got a terrible Largest Contentful Paint score of 66.4s on mobile…

The AMP version is super fast though it can’t display a normal page such as an About Page properly…
And the other score on both mobile and desktop is also below average.

out of nowhere the content of our articles started duplicating as what seems to be form of “AMP” version I’d say.
For some reason, it displays light version of the article.
I have not really changed anything in the settings, neither did I change the template we use for articles.

1. Post ID filter => add posts by IDs
2. Category filter => choose a category from which to display posts
3. Multiple taxonomies filter => choose multiple categories from which to display posts
4. Filter by tag slug => add posts by category name
5. Multiple authors filter => specify ID authors from which to display posts
6. Post Type => specify post type, for example if you have custom posts
7. Sort order => you can choose in which order you want to display posts

1. Mobile – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on small screen devices (no AMP)
2. Mobile+Amp – Displays content using the Mobile Theme on both mobiles and AMP
3. AMP – Uses the responsive version of the theme on small screen devices and Mobile Theme only on AMP.
Please make sure you have Mobile Theme and AMP plugin installed and active.

When I am changing theme to Mobile, Mobile +AMP or AMP, Its not reflecting in the mobile. Earlier it was working. Not sure why this is so

I have a yellow border at the bottom of images on my single post content sections (for example, https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_animals_pro/2019/03/14/td-post-thousands-of-female-koala-face-this-enormous-problem-in-the-wild/ – the bottom of the elk & wolf photos). It is the only place in my entire website where I cannot find the place to change the color on this. I have looked in the theme panel and in the tagdiv composer and clicked on the element and everything around it. Any help on how to change this color would be appreciated. Thank you. 🙂
