Hello
Each block has several designs. There are blocks that work fine, but there are those that do not load images. This only happens with your theme. For example, try this page https://bjs.city/chja-stolica-gonkong/. If all of them load, refresh the page several times until the desired ad block design loads.

Hi, I’m using the influencer demo and although I managed to edit the menu categories, the “Instagram” category remains the same even after I’ve changed it to Fashion&Beauty on the Theme Panel and Appearance>Menus. Is there somewhere else I need to change it from or could something be preventing this change from being applied?
Hi xinzark,
This error happens due to a lot of possible reasons. Check the useful guide from here -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page-wordpress#gref
Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login (to can login in WordPress admin zone) and the licence. We will take a look to the problem and we’ll fix it. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi fonetechcz,
Indeed, now I can no longer find the problem -> https://i.imgur.com/n7xw8nX.png -> https://i.imgur.com/lI42eTl.png is possible to be like you said.
Hi AceCobra1, if you are using the ads set in theme panel, you can use these options -> https://i.imgur.com/BIBlgS5.png or you can set a code for adsense ads to provide only a specific kind of ads -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9185043?hl=en -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9183243?hl=en&ref_topic=9183242
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
i tryed use amp, but doesent work
thanks, but if i want use only version AMP ( no mobile app) its possible?
Hi,
The Cache Enabler plugin has not been tested with our theme, therefore we do not know the right settings for it and this to not recognize when you are using the mobile theme plugin for mobile device and amp.
As I see now you are no longer using the mobile theme plugin for mobile or amp. Most of users that do not use the WP Super Cache are using the mobile theme plugin only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/j0nGQi0.png in this way the problems like the one you mentioned above are prevent to happen.
Thank you!

Hi, I think that was the problem. The only thing that’s not working is the font. When I choose for example Romanesco. It shows in the tag div composer but when I look at the published page it isn’t showing.
Hi,
For the moment our mobile theme and the amp plugin that we use do not have some many options, sorry for this! Also I can’t say when this option will be add but this option is on our list for features.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
I just checked again and on mobile and desktop these lists are look the same on your website -> https://i.imgur.com/5TpbsC0.png
If there is something that I do not understand, please let me know and provide some screenshots with examples.
Thank you!
Hi wmvova,
Our theme search is base on default WordPress search, for example, using Twenty Twenty theme -> https://i.imgur.com/dfzDHOo.png the search is looking like this -> https://i.imgur.com/l6BwCuN.png this is exactly like in our theme -> https://i.imgur.com/80EvA4f.png
Maybe the example you provide is for other themes that are not default WordPress themes or has some options of search.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
Please make sure that you have installed AMP properly as you can see in our guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you !
The Theme Colors that have been configured for the Footer and Sub-footer are not being consistently honoured.
I have set the Background Color for the Footer to #222222 and for the Sub-footer to #0d0d0d.
They display fine on the Home page but are now not displaying consistently on all other pages on the site.
I am running Newspaper Version 10.3.6.1 on WordPress v5.5.1 with PHP 7.4.9.
This all worked fine pre WordPress upgrade to 5.5.1.
Any ideas as to what has gone wrong?
Translated with Google:

Unfortunately, the Newspaper Theme then no longer saves and there is an endless loading loop.
Are there still any with the problem?
i tryed to install these templates as you have showed in images, but not able to install and it is showing it is installing ,but is very slow and not even installing. My site is http://www.techjobs360.com and i want only the posts to be arranged with featuredimage of the posts.i wanted 3 columns or 4 columns of posts with 10 rows (currently it is 2 columns with around 10rows)in desktop and since i am using amp version in mobile i just want maximum posts to be loaded one by one with respective featured images also. now the images are also not loading in mobile , itryed various settings .because of this reason website is getting low traffic from google discover feed etc. i request you to give good solution .thank you.
Tried something else, which seems to work for a while.
When I tick “Mobile + AMP” in the Theme Panel everything seems to work fine.
In the AMP plug-in I have the choice between “Transitional” and “Advanced Settings” off. When I go to the website on my mobile I get the message “There has been a critical error on your website” but not on my Desktop or Ipad.
Hello Calin,
I did what you suggested, but now I have another problem. have selected AMP in the Mobile Settings but now my “Listen Live” Page can no longer be used for the mobile, now get the same as on my desktop.
And that’s what I don’t want. If I do set it to be good on a mobile, then something else happens, if I choose “Listen Live” on my mobile and the page is loaded the menu no longer works, you have to click on the logo so you return to the home page.
remains strange. I also adjusted the all theme requirements as indicated.
Sorry to bring this question back from the dead =)
I’m trying to create a post template that I can use in some posts, not all.. The basic outline is simple, it’d match my site as per all other things (header/footer etc) but the images or video I add to the middle of a post or throughout the post are wider.
I know you can achieve this in WordPress by itself using Gutenberg, but if I was doing that I wouldn’t be using your theme of course. =)
Inside your own blog..
https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/
This I believe is using the Newspaper theme.
Seems to be stretched to 1400px
inner column is 700px but the media seems to be 1200 or something, breaking outside of the column
This post shows video or animation + images being wider than the column in the middle with text.
Ultimately I’d rather have the option to have the media images extend either outside like iny our blog post or even better, to the browser end as seen in the example below but I have been unable to do that with your theme.
Not your theme but it outlines perfectly what I wish you had a template of in the cloud
https://renchlist.com/honda-cb750-cafe-racer-fastec-racing-custom/
This is an example (see how images when you scroll down are the width of the browser.. if you’re viewing on a phone this won’t make sense. I have seen this before and love it as an option, you’ll see how the images break the columns.
This theme is an older theme (15zine by cubellthemes) which is why I’m even more confused, ha, if old themes can do this, newer bigger themes I would think could as well, at very least from a template in the cloud you guys have for us.
I have been pondering switching to a different theme but I have faith in Tagdiv so I must be doing it wrong.
thanks guys
WP Super Cache significantly slows down my site. On the other hand, Cache Enabler makes my site light and fast.
Does the Cache Enabler plugin create problems for AMP? Or, are there any settings you’d recommend that would allow AMP to work?
https://marketingresults.club/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=cache-enabler&TB_iframe=true&width=600&height=550
Sure! For the S&F Pro plugin results page, you have to choose the layout option you want to use in the Newspaper Theme Panel and then you must also be sure to untoggle “Use Custom Template for Results” on the S&F Display Results tab. After I did that it worked perfectly. Good luck!
ok. But – I am use some plugins .
your template search works like?
yoursite.com/?s=word
while wordpress works like?
yoursite.com/?s=word&category_name=category-name
, or
yoursite.com/?s=word&cat=39
if in your template we input d&category_name=category-name – it’s not work. but in other templates (and standard WordPress default template) – it’s Work .
why?
can I off this search ? or change something?
Hi,
1. The mobile theme can be enable or disable only on posts and pages, there is no option for category pages.
2. This can be done only with custom charges in theme files, since there is no option in theme to ad the ads in these plaice that you indicate (above I provide an example for how it can be don, but please note that this is not cover by support team to add custom code in theme).
You can set also the code in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/category.php -> https://i.imgur.com/YBfHKuC.png -> like this https://i.imgur.com/JTLp3Fl.png
Thank you for your understanding!
theme mobile + AMP enable but not functioning. it shows display only simple page in mobile view
