Hi, I purchased the newspaper theme a few days ago and installed it locally on my pc with xampp so I could test it, I did unlock all features by entering the purchase code.
Now yesterday the theme was installed online and when I wanted to unlock all features I saw that I needed to unregister my local installation again in order to unlock all features as only 1 purchase code per website is allowed.

I hope I did this right but I first reset my key on my local offline installation under system status and themeconfig and then activated the key on my online website which worked.

When I want to unlock all features however and enter my purchasecode it says purchase code invalid, it also says “If you want to use your purchase code on another domain, please deregister it first”.

Where do I deregister?

On the mobile theme with AMP in the author box How can I reduce the space between the top frame line and the author name?

It’s possible that this space is for the avatars, but I do not use them. I tried to set to not show avatars at the settings/discussion/Avatar Display/Show Avatars, but the system dose not save it.
Is there any other settings that can reduce this space?

I am facing the problem against the TD Composer because it is very slow when I am building the pages.
Why does it happen? There is an specific configuration that I have to do?
When I watch videos from youtube with others users is very fast than mine.

To example when I click to change the text or dimension it takes 5 up to 10 minutes. It is very bad.

What I could do to solve it?

Currently, I have Issues with the CSS of my image gallery thumbnails.
The first page the thumbnails load correct but if I click page 2 the thumbnails are only shown (non-white overlay) on a mouse hover.
Question:
– Is this a conflicted CSS thing?
How can I overcome this with a custom CSS rule?
– Or is this a lazy load setting?

Hello, I want to know if there is any way to integrate AMP with Main theme without the mobile theme plugin. I dont want to use classic reader mode of AMP and Mobile theme plugin.

I’ve tried using mobile theme plugin for few months on my site but on mobile devices my Average session duration is less than 30 sec and bounce rate is 90% – 95%.

I diactivated mobile theme plugin for a week and average session duration increased from 30 sec to 2 min and bounce rate to 40-50%

Mobile theme plugin doesn’t have any customization setting and show only 3 related posts at the end of post. Plugin need an update and allow us customize it to add more post recommendation for visitors and possible ENABLE AUTO LOADING like desktop version.

in this picture, the AMP logo is too small. I uploaded many logo sizes like- 544×180 px, 272×90 px, 280×96 px, 140×48 px. But AMP logo size not changed. Tell me some way for how can I change this to a bigger logo.

Hi,
I’ve been trying to use certain shortcodes in custom post type templates I created because they don’t take any of the post settings. For example, I’m trying to use the share single post shortcode like this:
echo do_shortcode('[tdb_single_post_share like_share_style="style2" content_align_horizontal="content-horiz-center" like="yes" tdc_css=""]');
So it works. It displays the sharing buttons but it shows all of them. How do I select the social networks I want to use within the shortcode? The posts work because I’m using it in a cloud template and it only display what I have set in post settings in the theme panel but in that case it shows ALL the networks.

Hi guys, since today, I noticed that standard Gutenberg editor (I use it when I write articles) has now the margins of the blocks that are smaller than yesterday.

the red lines were the pas margins, now I see a smaller write area. this problem disappear if I disable tagdiv composer.

I noticed that the amp validation and errors is turned off/removed. Is there a reason why?
