Hi,
in last email you say “in next update the problem will be fixed” but in the last two updates issue is still present.
Also i notice if that activate “DISABLE ARTICLE SCHEMA” theme still produce breadcumbs and hcard schema. With Yoast SEO for example i have double breadcumbs schema now.
The above is the url of the image, what makes you think it’s encrypted yet on homepage, categories and posts – all thumbnails are showing well.
I had cleared all cache, deactivated plugins.
Your answers are poorly researched and I have never gotten a satisfying answer from you.
Hello when does the new update come out? The mobile video is expanded when loading the page and after 2 seconds it is correct (without cache) or (with cache) the slow loading for video on the mobile has an error with the AMP theme The visitor experience is low
hello see here – https://prnt.sc/rw4emk – and after 2 seconds – https://prnt.sc/rw4hza
I will send the credentials to the email
On the desktop the video is short after + -1 second is correct
when the admin or visitor side page is loaded
a white stripe appears above the menu
I think it’s this character ( ^ )
has how to make this work for me https://prnt.sc/rw4uj2
when i call
There is an error in (iframe) – /? AMP- the video is hidden
But on mobile is perfect
only – /? AMP – displays an error after connecting

When using the modal to sign in to the website, following the submit button the page does not refresh so the end-user is unaware that he login in successfully. He has to refresh the page manually.

How can i remove this link? It says that is loaded but not used.

I guess, you have got something wrong. The site is still closed, so of course Google cannot find it.
I still wonder, why some thumbnails for related post for example do not work, for example here (credentials: user / userpasswd). Could you maybe help me with that thumbnail issue?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Hi,
The above documentation was to increase your page speed on your website is possible to take to long until the css is loading and that is way it’s say is not mobile friendly also it can be a plugin conflict.
Also here is one of our live demo that have the mobile theme plugin -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_local_news/ and this is mobile friendly -> https://i.imgur.com/uOMZXJk.png -> https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?utm_source=gws&utm_medium=onebox&utm_campaign=suit&id=AfR8pAiIUesXegRjru3UnA
Thank you!
Thanks for your reply.

I have turned the mobile theme on only for AMP as of now.
In case you need login details, please let me know the email ID I can send it to.
Hi Calin,
So I think that can work if editing pages, such as the Homepage example you provided, but on individual posts I have the ‘Edit Post’ option, which will edit individual posts, not the entire template.
And I can’t enter the Composer because I am receiving errors. The page is terribly overloaded.
Hi,
Ive been using the Newspaper theme for a number of months now and one of the things that is still really frustrating me is how my pages adapt to mobile. It just doesnt work properly. Its really frustrating that there isnt a way of being able to tweek how a page displays on mobile. I am finding that every time i design a new page, I am having to think about how it will look when it displays on mobile. This is making it difficult to design good looking pages as I feel so restricted in how I can structure them.
For example, if I have use a ‘flex box 1’ and have three posts displayed horizontally under a category title, they all look great on the desktop. With the resposnive theme however when it changes to mobile, it basically crams all three posts horizontally with the titles being crammed into the same amount of space but displaying vertically down the page. It looks aweful. Surely there is a way of making the flex box display posts vertically on the mobile theme so that they display properly on the mobile page? Obviously if I make changes to the structure when displaying in mobile mode, it changes in desktop mode too. It just all seems so rigid. The responsive design does not display content on mobile in the most logical and easy to read way!
Many thanks
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin then you can not change the footer design, all you can do is to change the footer elements from here -> https://i.imgur.com/n9O4bh7.png if you want to use the responsive version of the theme, please use this option -> https://i.imgur.com/kaXXtqZ.png in this way the mobile theme template will be use only on amp plugin.
The responsive version can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/6yEfrxW.png
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
I have installed and set up the theme.
But, I am facing major browser compatibility issues – especially on the post page.
I uninstalled the theme, installed again.
Unistalled the demo (using City News) and installed again.
Nothing worked.
NOTE: I have deactivated all major plugins (including cache etc.). But it didnt help.
Here are my issues one by one (only the ones I could detect so far):
1. Post page on Firefox 75.0 (Windows). I have heard similar complaints from IE users and Firefox for Ubuntu. If I do not activate the Mobile/AMP theme, then the problem is there (Android Chrome on Samsung Galaxy S11). It works fine on Windows Edge and Chrome. https://imgur.com/a/3OSkLwo
2. Footer Menu – I am not sure if it supposed to appear there. Ideally, I would have loved to have it like on this page. But, I do not mind the position. However, it gets distorted on mobile and overlaps with other texts ( if I turn the mobile theme off)

Mobile: https://imgur.com/a/B4SrPzC
3. Article Page in Mobile theme – doesn’t look right. https://imgur.com/a/wQzjFZ2
Please help me sort these out.
Thanking in anticipation.

Sudipto
Hello !
That is how the layout has been built. You can use tagdiv composer to edit that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=1s
Thank you !
Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the mobile theme plugin with amp plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/pjGlcw5.png
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!

Hello,
The problem has been resolved.
1. I changed from wp fastest to wp super.
2. I installed the AMP plugin that came along with the mobile theme and everything started working fine.
Although, I didn’t install the AMP plugin with the mobile theme cos’ I didn’t want AMP pages but everything is working fine now.
Thank you.
The link to the homepage is https://www.topfgartenwelt.com and you can see it in this seotool for example: https://freetools.seobility.net/de/seocheck/check?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.topfgartenwelt.com%2F&crawltype=1
Greetings Kathrin
I opened the site for testing. That’s why I attached the screenshot (https://imgur.com/a/Boz8ZfS) and as you can see there, Google uses the white logo.
Where does the AMP plugin grab the logo from? And is there any possibility to change?

Hello !
In order to change a logo you can follow our tutorial here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo&t=3s
Thank you !
Here you go 🙂
For example, have a look searching the articles with the keyword “Sodra” and scroll down the results:
https://www.tissueworldmagazine.com/?s=Sodra
Thanks!!

Hello !
Since your website is locked, How can google completely search your website ? We have tested AMP on your website and everything looks and works perfectly.
Thank you !
We’ve installed Newspaper Theme on our site, pixelcritic.es, and we spend lots of hours yesterday trying to upload our logo site to the header, but we couldn’t do it. The image uploads onto the library but when we try to put it as the site’s logo it doesn’t work. The image has the size demanded (272×90 px), and we’ve tried both .jpeg and .png formats. Also, it’s not a problem of that image, because we cannot use neither the sample images of the web nor a new favicon. We’ve tried installing a couple of demos and also with two different header formats, but it’s not working.
What shall we do?
Thanks for your help.
But what about my logo? As I have explained, Google’s testing tool for structured data showed my white logo with black background color (https://imgur.com/a/Boz8ZfS), but I want to have my normal, colored logo there. What is the best way to do so? Is there any way to specify the logo used for AMP?
Hello when does the new update come out?
The mobile video is expanded when loading the page and after 2 seconds it is correct (without cache) or (with cache)
the slow loading for video on the mobile has an error with the AMP theme
The visitor experience is low
Sorry but no works.
This is how we see the mobile theme on an iphone: https://imgur.com/T4rxNtU
Also we need to know why we could see the auto google adsense for amp.
We’ve activated it on the google adsense and this is how we config on the theme:
https://imgur.com/wmjiI2K (is ok the amp analytics code????)
How we could solve all this bugs??? Thanks.
