Hi Calin!
Its exactly that, but not for the homepage. It’s just for individual posts like this one:
https://www.vortexmag.net/provavelmente-a-vila-mais-bonita-de-portugal/
I need a css code to remove padding in the posts created with wpbakery.
Thank You!
Hi,
The mobile theme is a plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Also please check our documentation for Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
I think that you are referring to those 3 blocks, for those you’ll need to have set seam feature posts (that have set feature category) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/QsJ6ppY4
You’ll need to add some post in feature category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/ if you do not have this category you can create it, just make sure that you set the category name to be
Featured
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Unfortunately for the moment there are not many options for amp version, please check our documentation for How to Make an AMP Ready Website with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/

Hi!
I have the exact same problem that I´ve found in this topic:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-view-11/
If I use wpbakery to create a post, the mobile view has some padding that origins blank borders in left and right part of the article.
I tried to use the css code that Calin provided in the previous topic but didn’t work for me. Any suggestion about how to solve it? Website is http://www.vortexmag.net.
Thank You!
Yes, this is exactly what I’m doing on http://mrrwebdev01.org/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=36026&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page#/
I have 3 ‘rows’, but when changing the bottom ‘row’ from full to 2/3, 1/3 it changes all rows to 2/3, 1/3. I just cannot get it to work. Apparently I’m just not smart enough to use the Tagdiv editor.
If you can make the change to the page http://mrrwebdev01.org/HomeTest and save your work, I would be very interested to see the results.
If we’re unable to manage this theme with tagdiv composer, we’ll be forced to use wp-bakery composer. If we do that, not all of the elements, specifically flex blocks, are listed in the bakery editor.
Can you please advise us on what to do? I thought this was going to be an easy switch to tagdiv. It seems to be a really good editor, perhaps just not for us…
Many thanks again.
Hello,
I am using
WordPress Version 5.1.1
Newspaper V 9.6.1
WPBakery Page Builder 5.7
The button does not appear.
Which setting
“Backend Editor” “Gutenbeg Editor” “TAGDIV COMPOSER”
How can I display?
Dear TagDiv,
Is there any news about the abovementioned ‘custom’ tabs element being added any time soon to the TagDiv Composer, please.
We know blocks in TD Composer can have Ajax filters, but these do not allow custom tab titles or allow us to control the content within each tab. This would be required as a replacement for WP Bakery / Visual Composer’s tab-block.
We appreciate the feedback.
Kind regards

Hi,
Using the new version of mobile theme + AMP you’ll have the same design for AMP posts/pages link on mobile.
1. Please make sure that you set the amp like in our documentation for How to Make an AMP Ready Website with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
2. If you want to turn of some AMP post/page you need to use the AMP option from mobile theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/K71l6QDBvl and you can turn of the AMP for post pages ( for those will be show the mobile version ).
3. The mobile theme is a plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se

Hi,
Usually this is because you do not have activate the visual Composer ( now WPBakery ) or tagDiv Composer;
From Visual Composer to tagDiv Composer ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
tagDiv Composer tutorial ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
From I can see you code look like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/qlUgCDIhna
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you are using the WPBakery, and you stretch a row for big block, but for full with you need to use the Big Grid Full elements -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6sGlqKwybF and stretch the row of this element, this should solve your problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. That depends on what the page contains, maybe other factors if used, like row stretching, backgrounds, CSS styling. Best way to check if there are issues would be to copy the homepage content from the backend, into a test page and edit that with WPBakery. Do what is needed, then update and view the page.
A simple page containing normal theme blocks and grids (no flex or cloud library elements) should work just as well with both builders.
To avoid any possible issues it would be best to use just one page builder at all times, if possible.
2. This I can’t say exactly, I have seen users that use such extensions for WPBakery. In some cases there were some issues, but I don’t remember which add on was it about or what the problem was.
If it is possible, ask them if they have a trial version or if they can provide a refund in case there are problems. Be sure to test while the tagDiv composer is inactive, there could be conflicts.
Thanks
Hi espedfk2,
I checked again and your menu is working, but I think that you do not quiet understand how mobile theme plugin is working!
The mobile theme is a plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to use for pages that are made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) only the mobile editor, also for mobile theme the content for pages need to be set in mobile editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Please check carefully our documentation for Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme ->https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
Thanks.
Hi,
The problem with the mobile version that appear only sometimes can be a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme ( or cache plugin ), clear all cache deactivate the cache plugin and try again.

Hello,
I have two questions about WPBakery plugin:
1. My current homepage was built with tagdiv composer. Is there any problem if I want to edit it with wpbakery now? Or should I start it all over again from scratch (which would be a pain)? How should I proceed?
2. I would like to buy this add on for wpbakery, since it comes with some built in demos which are precisily what I’m looking for. The question is: does it work with newspaper theme? I asked the plugin developers and they said “If they use the same plugin as WPBakery available on CodeCanyon, then yes you can edit them.”
Hello,
Actually the composer does allow this 🙂
Please read this guide: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/
You do not need Wpbakery or Elementor.
Simply create custom templates for your posts using the cloud library and the tagdiv composer
Thank you!
I would like the ability to design my posts (not just the pages of my site) on the front end. As I understand it, TagDiv Composer doesn’t allow for this.
I’m a new buyer/user of the Newspaper theme, having switched from ColorMag–I’d been using Elementor with it.
What can I do to regain the ability to design/layout my individual posts from the frontend? Would I need to re-instate the WP Bakery frontend editor (and if so, would you please direct me on how to do that?)?
Thanks for your time and consideration.
Best regards,
S.Freeze
Hi,
If you will make a theme update to v9.6.1 you will get the WPBakery v5.7 for this you need to login with your credentials on themeforest and download the theme with All files and documentation.
Also the WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin, please check the envato documentation for those plugins
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi,
Unfortunately using the mobile theme you can not achieve the layout of the desktop, sorry!
The mobile theme is a plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to use for pages that are made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) only the classic editor also for mobile theme the content for pages need to be set in mobile editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Mobile Theme: Automatic Optimization for Mobile with Newspaper Theme -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/

If you want to have the desktop layout you can deactivate the mobile theme and use the responsive version of newspaper for mobile.
Thank you!

Hi,
That may happen if both the tagDiv composer and the WPBakery page builders are active. They both have options to hide elements per device, and there will be somewhat of a conflict.
If you plan to use WPBakery to build pages consider deactivating the tagDiv composer, this would be the solution. Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
@jensgrabble So many errors would appear if there is no AMP whatsoever for the link you are testing. If this is your website https://www.ikwilgoedkoopreizen.be from what I can see AMP is not active. Please see this guide if you want to activate AMP
– https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
@Bintmusic I have seen something similar with Woocommerce, this plugin also adds a noscript with a class and opacity – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/amp-paired-two-errors/ which can cause the same problem. I made some brief testing with a default theme and the same happens. It could be a problem with the AMP plugin itself or caused by a different plugin in.
While testing with WPBakery active and only theme plugins on our end the AMP posts are valid, no such errors.
The menu on mobile issue (not AMP) could be caused by minification, optimization or such plugins. The respective class that make the menu and search modals visible is not being added to the body when the icon is pressed – http://prntscr.com/n0yaz1
There are also some CSS regularities.
Maybe consider using the mobile theme just for AMP for the moment, and make a copy of the website on a testing sub-domain and set it exactly as the main one. There you can test and try to identify the problem plugin or configuration.
Hello, why is it that I can not hide columns with the WPBakery Page Builder? That’s no problem at all in any other theme. Many Thanks

Hi,
Please notice that tagDiv Composer is a special builder made for our theme, and this will work only with our theme activate, you can not use it on others themes like WPBakery.
Thank you for your understanding!
What exactly did you edit in the WPBakery plugin? If possible please let me know.
Seems the menu is working in the AMP version http://prntscr.com/n0ipno
But not working in the simple mobile version. We have seen this issue before, but in the AMP version and mobile theme. Also it happened only in pages. Do you use any optimization plugins or methods? Try if possible to test without them.
