Hi,
I am using flex block builder to display posts on homepage and the same block to show related posts below articles on siingle post template. On homepage the lazy load works find but not on post pages. I also noticed using inspect elements that image thumbnails in flex block builder on homepage has lazy-load class but thumbnails in related posts do not.
Please help.
Edit: I deactivated the lazy load plugin and switched on the theme’s lazy load and it started working. But the plugins do not work on these thumbnails anymore. I’ve tried a couple.
One thing I hoped that a tagDiv theme would let me do was: create great looking blocks for facts and technical specs. These are a crucial parts of the texts I want to publish on the site I´m building. However, I find nothing of this sort and want to know if I have been looking at the wrong places or if there is a method of doing this. Two examples here (fun facts and technical specifications):

Hello, I wanted to report back with the solution to my problem. The reason for not being able to save settings was a newly installed security firewall. The solution was as simple as adding my IP Address to the firewall. I’m with Godaddy and the firewall was added as part of their Sucuri security package. You can find instructions on how to add your IP address to the firewall here: https://www.godaddy.com/help/allow-or-block-website-access-27422 – If you’re with another host, the concept should be the same.
I can’t import images in Classic editor block in posts. When I click on add image icon and choose an image, nothing happens. When I choose image block it works fine. Only in classic editor block is the problem. What could be the reason?

I use my own template, I have two blocks on the first page of the category that I do not want to be displayed on the second page. I just can’t find the option to hide them on the following pages.

Please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and disable the option to minify the css and js and clear the cache.

Hi, wasn’t there a function to display certain blocks only on the first page of a category? I mean yes, but I can’t find it anymore, or has it been removed?
Wondering if there’s any solution to lock a block or set of blocks.
We have a client who wants users with a certain user role to not be able to move homepage components, but update elements visually using the Post ID within the filter.
I can’t find any functionality to lock the blocks.

Hi, I’m using the ability to watch videos in YouTube popup mode. To make it work I follow these steps: I create the article with the title and the description of the post inside. Inside the article I also include the link to the YouTube video. After doing this, I change the format of the article and put it in “video format” and save everything after also selecting my reference category. Inside the page I copied the section present here: https://cloud.tagdiv.com/block-102-video-news-pro/. Maintaining all setups. When I click on the player icon, the video popup opens, I press the play button and it gives an error: “An error occurred. Try later. (Playback ID: etc etc”.
This happens with any video I post. If I open the video within the article without the popup mode, it displays correctly. What solution do you provide for this problem?

On https://aviaciondigital.com/, home page, we have a flex block 5 configured like in the attached image.
On loading new articles the ajax returns a 500 error and doesn’t load.
WP and all plugins are up to date, cache (wp-rocket) got cleared.

The block is not from our theme. Let me know exactly what you need to modify there.
For example, if you add a block in Gutenberg from an external plugin, then you won’t have any option in the TagDiv Composer in order to modify it.

This is not helpful. I know how to insert Jetpack and to use the limited formatting within Gutenberg. But Gutenberg will not, for example, allow editing the header tags for the subscription block; that is done at the theme level. The article you sent me to says “It may happen that an editor that comes with a custom theme or plugin prevents you from using the Block Editor. In that case, please contact the respective plugin or theme author for further assistance.” This is what’s happening. You’re the “theme author.” Please advise how to format Jetpack subscription blocks globally within your theme. Thanks.

1. You can use the element called “Single background image”, add an image from your Media Library and you have an option there to add manually a link of the page you need.
