Unfortunately, please notice that our theme does not have this such a thumb as availability (260×400px). The best solution, in this case, it would be to create a custom block, like block 24 but with your desired size for the thumbs. Try to use the API implementation for that and after you have created it, try to add it on the widget section. As a hint, you should follow the steps where block 24 has been made and replicate it for your custom block, changing the size for that. The Big grid is for large space/width, and that is set a condition to be set on a row that have the fill width, and yes is resize, but in order to can resize it need to be on a full row.
You can try to use some normal blocks or flex blocks.

In order to set the Custom Newsletter Signup end of Posts you need to use tagDiv Cloud Library and get a single template fro posts, edit it and add the newsletter after content and set it as template on the post you want to have the newsletter at the end of post.

Unfortunately ‘Posts loop’ and ‘Posts loop 2’ can not be filter like the standard blocks, sorry!
I think that the only way that you can change this will be to make some changes in theme files, and change the current filter ( “latest” ).
