That element may not be the best overall for displaying that image. It sets the image as background, this would not be so responsive overall.

Sorry but the theme blocks will not receive the category colors you set in the theme panel for each category in particular. The same color affects all tags on blocks.
If you want to change this color, it can only be changed using css for all category tags at once.

The latest articles title is different, that happens because of the gadgets demo design. When installing a demo there will be a custom design imported.
That demo uses block header template 5 with some modifications. Also it uses a bigger font-size and line-height for the titles.
What happened is that in the demo stylesheet there is some customization that will apply to a few blocks, for the block title

If you remove the code it will not load anymore and the block titles will be as default.
Or edit the page with the composer and set the block title font properties manually, like this

1. The option is gone from the wpbakery page builder since a few versions back when we changed the implementation for the colors. The color settings are available on the tagdiv composer.
2. This can also be done in the tagdiv composer under the css tab where you can manually add the margins and padding for each block in particular overriding the default values.
If you do not want to use the tagdiv composer page builder, then it cna only be done with custom css modification.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such a configuration for our blocks, sorry! You should check the list of our blocks and try to combine them until you achieve something like similar with your desire.

I imported the Smart App demo and i’ve noticed that in Theme panel => Block Settings => Thumbs on Modules/Blocks, all thumbnail generation are enabled; i’m assuming that for every image i upload, all the enabled sizes will be created.
My question is, which of these sizes are required for SmartApp?

Posts protected with passwords should be displayed in blocks, grids etc. If the post is accessed it will require that the user enters a password

WordPress will make some changes to the post if protected by a password

So the post will appear in page blocks for example, only when accessed there will be a password required.

You can limit the loop number of posts in it’s settings, but you can’t filter it by another parameter (in this case featured). The loop will show posts that belong to the currently viewed category, that is all when it comes to filtering.
If you require this for a category or a couple of them, maybe use a block instead of the loop. You can filter that as you want and apply it to that category. This would be impractical for more categories however. You would have to create many templates, one for each.

Most of the theme elements and settings are meant to be used with posts. The block, grids etc main purpose is to display posts. If those questions would be posts, you could display them in pages, users could access them and leave replies (comments).
Or maybe you could use the bbpress plugin and create a forum, with topics and more

I finally managed in getting an extra custom field in the meta data of blocks.
I also recently updated to the most recent version of tagdiv and theme in general.
Suddenly there is a bit of code added everywhere to the end of my authors in the metadata.
Right after the author the websites injects this: <span>-</span>, resulting in a dash everywhere added at the end of the author. Also a margin is added to this which I really did not add myself.
Any thoughts where I can find this extra bit of code and how to remove it ?
It seems to happen only in the flex block 1.
Also, since we are mainly a reviewers site we would like to display nicknames on some occasions instead of the real names.
For instance, author “Jan van den Bulck” takes up a lot of space, pusing other meta data onto another rule, we would like to use the nickname (jvdb) instead.
Again this is not needed everywhere but on some occasions, both issues can be seen in the example link below.

I suppose that you want a place more ads between posts within a block right? Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to d this, sorry! As you can do is to add more blocks and between blocks, you have to add more ads using the TD Composer.

I would like to know if it’s possible to have two post content section in the same template in the TDComposer.
I would like to have a first part of my post in a full width format to put a comparison chart and below, have a 2 columns format with post content on the left and the sidebar on the right.
Is it possible to do this? If yes, which block to use on my template ?

I am using single row with 3 column
When using block 12, the main photo is on the left with text on the right which is what I like, but when I make the browser smaller (less width) or view on mobile, the image stays to the left and removes the excerpt text with the topic to the right. Is there a way for block 12 to look like block 4 when the browser is collapsed horizontally or on mobile?
Everything was fine with my website until August 18. But now when I try to edit a page using TagDiv composer, the left sidebar of the composer opens while the right 2/3 just has a swirling icon indicating that the page is loading. It never loads. I have a very simple site with only the Newsmag theme and three plugins. The only one updated recently is the WP User Avatar. I’ve tried deactivating that, but when I do, TagDiv still doesn’t load.

Both of the block titles for ‘recent posts’ and ‘related posts’ have white backgrounds and white text, the text does have the faintest outline of black to make it JUST visible. How do I change the text or background colour.
The widget for ‘recent post’ in the sidebar has no title showing on the page but there is a title in the widget, any ideas?

I want to modify my blog’s colors as like Twitter’s “Night Mode”. But I couldn’t change single post background and page backgrounds. Also couldn’t change homepage text color. Plus; I want to change sidebar items background as like block items background per individual. Where are the options? Or do I need to get it done by CSS, if so can you share the class/id names with me.

I have 2 questions
1.) when I go to block settings there used to be a switch to turn on text block title background color and now it is gone. I want each block to have a different title background color depending on the category associated with the block?
2.) I believe I did this once before with on click in theme settings, I could be mistaken, however, I would like to minimize the spacing between blocks on my page. It appears that everything including the menu has a margin or padding below. I just want to tighten up the spacing on the page?
