When I try to access my web site on an iPhone 8, the display comes with just codes:

Both sites use the same plug-ins.

There is a home page demo that I like. It looks like the way the pages are built, I can edit the top part with the tag editor. But how do I change what category shows up in the big grid image? How do I specify what shows there…am I just stuck with the way it is? I’m pretty confused on the way it works. Is there a tutorial that would show me how to customize one of the homepage demo pages? Including the block and modules?? Blocks and modules..is there a place to define what goes in those somewhere. Thank you for any input.
Hello, I am currently trying to code in custom ad #3 into Smartlist 7.
In smart list 7 the default ad is referenced as

How would i call custom ad #3? I haven’t come across the code anywhere.

@gpldev So you want to customize the category tag by actual category name, instead of module or block. That would be possible but somewhat difficult, the code would have to take into account the category name. Try something like this where in the same block, each tag is customized by category name

You can modify the code to be more precise if needed, this will affect all the website (every instance of the category tag).
This is the code used in the example if you would like to use it (use your own category names in it)

Please increase the post limit for the element as if it only shows the 4 posts, there is nothing to slide. Please increase the limit to at least 8 from the block settings.

Could I be able to apply the target=“_blank” property limited only to a particular Block type? Or perhaps where I define categories for posts?
At any rate If I’m going to be making changes to the code, I’d need to be able to apply any changes to the child theme’s functions.php anyway to avoid losing any changes made with future theme updates, right?
Hi, I am performing speed optimisations. I have used autoptimze plugin for CSS and html but have found (as others have on this forum) that using this for javascript breaks the theme.
I cannot use tagdiv speed booster as i have incompatible plugins.
Can you recommend a plugin that will help with javascript?

The thumbnails that the theme creates are cropped center top, that is considered the best overall method in the matter

The resulting thumbnails are also affected by image aspect ratio

So the same image can produce different results depending on the module used to display it. You could use other modules/blocks which features a taller thumbnail, check the results with that.
That social sharing element displayed in the middle of the page is not a theme element. I believe it is a sharing plugin. I see it also appears on posts. Maybe it has settings to stop it from appearing on pages, you could check that.

Sorry but only one homepage post can be used per page. There cannot be multiple ones on the same page. The homepage post adds the featured image as the page background. You cannot have multiple backgrounds on the same page.
You can use other blocks though that have a similar layout but without the background.

Browsers have different methods of rendering fonts. You could try to find common fonts which will look similar on all browsers.
