Hello,

Just updated to Version 4.2 and getting this message: “Weather widget Api key is empty. Configure this block/widget and enter an api key :)” on top of my pavlikeni.com? Why is this happening and how to fix?

Thanks.

I think I’ve found more details about the problem. These three items (the TagDiv Gallery in posts, the Visual Composer WPBakery Slide, and the home search button) are being blocked by Firefox and Chrome.

>> https://ibb.co/f3DwaG

The message from Firefox is: “Firefox has blocked parts of this page that are not secure.”

Do you know which theme files I should change to try to fix this block? What can be unsecure about these items?

I have a Pinterest board. Just need help to allow the board to show. I can get my Pinterest board code, but the pinterest block will not show it either. So I copied and pasted my Pinterest board url noted above
Based on the directions, unless I am following it wrong

Hello,

Thanks for your response, but it does not help me.

Let me ask my question a different way: how can I add the first 4 blocks bellow the BIG GRID of this theme: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/ to my homepage of pavlikeni.com. Mind you, my site is using that same theme.

Thanks.

grid

purchase code:

https://thailaw.info

It’s always updated with new posts, but I would like to fix this header part.

As a matter of fact, this error happens to every tabs within “Ads
As well as under “Misc” > “Block Settings” > “Thumbs on Modules/Blocks”
The div td-box-content wouldn’t populate and td-box-loading just keeps looping without any progress.

Hi,

This has nothing to do with the articles. Installing the demo without content will import theme panel settings and custom design. If you install only settings from a demo, the custom design will apply to the homepage for example only if the same elements are used (same blocks, grids etc, same header and footer styles).
The demo you are referring to uses these elements
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/big-grid-3/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-1/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-16/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-2/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-14/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-11/
If you use these elements in the page, then if the demo has design for them it will apply.
All this custom design can be seen here
https://www.screencast.com/t/XlkgWrGQ
The homepage content can be seen in the same folder
https://www.screencast.com/t/4FYgJISWwB
Hopefully this is useful to you.

Thanks

Hi,

Please enter the code as it is, do not modify it at all

.page-template-default .wpb_text_column .w2dc-listings-block :last-child {
margin-bottom:0!important;
}

Make sure it is not in conflict with other codes you might have in the theme panel. Try removing all other codes and leave only this one. Or enter it directly in the theme stylesheet file to see if it works.

Thanks

Hello 22p,

Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.

.footer-text-wrap .block-title >span,
.footer-social-wrap .block-title > span
{color:red!important;}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/eqkMPmEXB0

Hello,

As you can imagine, the bottom border is meant for text. Please check: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-22/
You removed the author and post date. That is why the overlay is empty.
You can either enable the meta info or use this code to remove the overlay:

.td_block_22 .td-module-meta-holder{
display:none;
}

Thank you!

Hello,

YOur content should be loaded to new demo installed because your data has been loaded into your database. After this demo has been installed, try to check each block from there and check the settings. Notice that some blocks are filtered after featured category and you may not have posted in that category and that’s why to appear nothing. Check it with more attention the theme layout.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

@xbass
That would depend on which pagination you are referring to. Blocks have different pagination options
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
The same for category pages, they can have different paginations
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
The Latest articles template on pages and the post pagination have only one pagination (numbered)

Hello angelogiovi,

Unfortunately, this kind of option (Stick this post to the front page) does not work for our theme, sorry! Notice that our theme has been made to work dynamic and you cannot have any control over each post from the blocks or Grids. The general sorting for posts can be found here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ Also, if you want to display a certain post at the top of your front page, you should try using to add the ID for that post, using the post ID filter, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/V59HNnI8NDzD

Hope this helps!

Sorry but animated gifs will not work on our theme modules and blocks. They work in the psot featured iamge but will not be animated as thumbs of the gifs are created for each module. The theme elements were not designed to support animated gifs.

Thank you!

Hello shubhra,

I guess that you want to add the author avatar for each post in blocks, right? So, if you want to do this, please check the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/adding-avatar-to-a-block/

Thanks for the message!

Hello Berzilak,

I guess that you want to change the background color for your category tag and block title labels, right? If you want to make this change, you should use the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.

The code is ->

.td-category a {
background-color: green;
}
.td-main-sidebar .block-title > span {
background-color:red!important;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/z3WK9l6iD

Hope this helps!

Hi,

The mentioned setting will deactivate the comment count on individual post pages. For blocks/modules there is another setting here
https://www.screencast.com/t/91j9dtxw
However for the comment count displayed in the author box there is no disable option. It could be removed with a code like this if required
https://www.screencast.com/t/Nc6O4M84t
Enter the code in Theme panel->Custom CSS code section

.author-box-wrap .td-author-comments-count {
display:none;
}

Thanks

Hi there,
I’m using “Block 22” to show one big post at the top my website (http://camp.academy). I’d like to remove that grey/black overlay that takes up the bottom 1/10 of the image. I’m not sure what it’s purpose there is, as there isn’t any text shown in that area.

How do I go about getting rid of it?

Now I have updated to v8.5.1 (already replaced with new theme-child files from “code” folder) but some problems are solved but there are new like this:

I have that same homepage that you want working http://www.satellitebeachdaily.com

pages->all pages>homepage – front page

Create the homepage-frontpage with WPBakery Page Builder Backend Editor

add rows to the page, then fill in the individual rows with the type of blocks you want to use (add element) by clicking the + sign in each row

You can then divide the rows up in 1 single column or multiple columns
