Please also note that the theme api system represents customization and is usually not covered by the theme support so if you encounter any issues while trying to add custom elements to the theme, you will have to get help from someone code-savvy as the theme support does not cover the api custom implementation.

The excerpt function will not embed the Facebook player. That is a WordPress function and our custom blocks cannot embed elements into the excerpt. In this case please use a custom excerpt for your posts: https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/

Hi,

That is not possible with the mobile theme plugin. The only way of displaying blocks and other page editor elements on mobile, is to deactivate the mobile theme. The mobile theme is designed to be as light as possible, it will not display these elements.

If you do not like the new page builder, you can use VC just as before but keep in mind that we will not be adding any new elements to VC from now on. Each new block will only be available through our own page builder.

I guess that you can use for your sidebar section many of your blocks which you can filter them by Tags (Fish, Bird) and then, you can enable the Unique Articles for pages and check how it will work for you. In our theme each block is made out of 1 ore more modules. The grids are no different. If you want to show a text in the grid itself then, yes that is the file you need to alter. If you want to add text to the posts shown in the grids (just in the grid presentation not on the post itself), then you will need this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-blocks-modules/

There seems to be some css blocking the one from the theme on your end.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

You can use visual composer just as before. We do not restrict the use of VC. But you will have to keep in mind that in the future we will add no new features to the visual composer plugin. We will only add new features to our own tagdiv composer. We will still provide updates to vc but no new blocks or grids.

We will be able to provide older theme versions via email.
