Your css selector could not be specific enough. The browser inspector will show you which css code applies to the specific element so you might want to use it to create your custom css. You can try to add !important to your code like so:

The theme can only set a background image or color as background. Maybe you can set that iframe with CSS somehow.
Be sure to set a background color or image first to make the website boxed first, and then try and set the background with CSS on the body

Check with the browser inspector, in the console. Any mixed content resources will be displayed there. If they are not taken care of the website will be marked as insecure.

1. In quite a few cases with similar issues, the problem was solved by installing a newer PHP version on the server. The hosting provider should be able to help you with this. If possible use PHP 7.1 or 7.2, not the newer 7.3, we haven’t tested with the newer versions yet.

In the test I am using the latest WordPress, Yoast and theme versions. Maybe there are errors in your case, check with the browser inspector in the console when the issue happens. If there are any errors they will appear there. Could be a conflict with another plugin you have installed.

Unfortunately our theme do not have this option, the color for menu will apply on entire
website, in order to have a different color on menu, on home page you need to use some custom css

Hello,

Usually it is a WordPress file (admin-ajax.php) that gets blocked by your firewall (wordfence or host security) or by your file permissions. This can be seen in the browser inspector. Please try to deactivate all firewalls on your host, cdn or WP install.

Could be caused by insufficient resources

In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.

Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings

The admin ajax could be blocked by the server and the theme cannot access it. Check in the browser inspector console to see if this is the case. If it is, try to find the security settings or firewall settings in the cPanel settings and change them. The hosting provider should be able to help with this task.

There should be no such space, the header logo should be from top bar to main menu, no extra space above or below the image. Just like this theme demo which uses header style 10

Maybe check with the browser inspector, right click the respective spaces and click inspect. Could be some indication where that padding or margin space comes from.

To the left and right it would depend on the size of the image, the image will be displayed as it is. So a small image on a large display for example, will not be stretched to be full width.
