Try do deactivate cloudflare’s rocket loader, clear all caches and test again. Also I’ve checked your Video category and noticed that the subcategories have a 0 opacity that’s why they don’t show up. This also could be caused by the fact that theme’s js doesn’t work properly when rocket loader is active.

I have tested this again and it seems that you need to add the weight also in the td_panel_data_source.php like you said.

Try to deactivate lazy load animation from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/pFGo6zqq also deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches ant test again. Ther Lazy load animation create issues when Rocket loader or any other tools wich minify the js are used.

1. It may be a conflict between some plugin and theme lazy load animation, Check in browser console if there are some errors, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again.
2. I am not sure why this happens, but you can try the default template and check if the problem is still there.

I’m not sure what you have deleted and how all your image disappeared.
I recommend to do more investigations regarding this, a start can be to ask your host about this. I’m sure he can offer more information on why those files were deleted(user action or plugin).
Also you could check the security settings on your site, look for the parameters specified in the following guide – http://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress
Regarding the video thumbnails, when featured video is used the thumb from video provider(youtube, vimeo) is downloaded and used as featured image and it should not be any issues even if you use the same video url, so please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. Also please make sure you use the latest theme version 6.5.1 and the plugins provided with the theme.

I dont know why but my website is not loading the images or JS (ajax is not working), I already disabled all the plugins, deleted cache, disabled cloudflare and it’s stil not working, seems like the problem is with Chrome and Firefox because somehow IE/Safari are working correctly.

hi, as of last night i have realized that my front page images are not showing on the desktop version. The mobile site works fine. I ran a check through 15 DIFFERENT BROWSERS and only ONE shows the site properly and that is Internet Explorer 11. I went ahead and checked with my hosting provider and they said everything is good on their side, i disabled all plugins, cleared the cache on my page, browser…. same result. Deleted the theme and installed it again. It can back with the EXACT same settings which i found strange but anyhow… i would like to get this fixed….

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer to make sure there are no conflicts between some plugins scripts and adsense script, also empty all caches then test agauin. Not sure why you have this issue only for your homepage, please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer and Events plugin, clear cache and check if you still have this issue.

For a caching plugin we have tested WP Super Cache to work with our theme. We recommend you use that one instead of ZenCache.
As for the JetPack plugin, it was tested to work with our theme but not all options work. It has a lot of features and some of theme cause problems not the plugin itself. For a start do not use the Photon feature because it interferes with the theme images function. Make sure you also uncheck the mobile theme or it will display errors on your mobile version. Make sure you only use the features you need and disable the rest.
