Hello!

First of all, try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Also, make sure your WordPress and plugins are up to date(specially Standard Pack installed and active if you use default templates).
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Let us know about your results!

Thank you!

Hello,

I just checked your website and seems to work well, there is no error => https://www.screencast.com/t/XVi7iVlKhD46 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2kw9A0E463
Please make sure that all theme requirements were set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Also, for images, seems the path from which the image comes is not known => https://www.screencast.com/t/L1SKyeC0, so please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict.

Please understand that our support forum is not instant. We start to answer from oldest to newest topics/emails, also, please try not to reply multiple times to the topic if possible, this will only delay our response.

Hello,

Please if you can do a test using only tagDiv plugins, and if you have a child theme, please use the main theme and clear all cache(also from your browser) and see if the problem persists.

Hello,

In this topic, you can find information about mobile versions can use => https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-pages-2/
So, I check your website and seems to be the mobile responsive version => https://www.screencast.com/t/ft23ysMafjs, I understand you have created a mobile page, please make sure you set it => https://www.screencast.com/t/bYroSq7x8T9, also, the header and footer are taken from the standard ones. All you have to do is edit the mobile page, and in Manager (Website Manager) you need to import or the easy way is to convert the existent header like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/z924EIRIMr1Y
The same must be done for the footer.
Also, asks the host if there is a cache plugin installed on the host.

If the problem persists after all this, we need to investigate what settings were made to cause that problem, please make a full backup to all files and the database and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com Provide
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you

Thank you!

Hello !

Last reply via e-mail is this:

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

This tdb_action=tdb_ajax is related to the infinite loading functionality, the ?tdb_action=tdb_ajax can be found in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/includes/tdb_ajax.php

If the problem persists, please make a full backup to your website and please provide wp-admin login and cPanel to connect and check this problem.

Hello,

I just checked your website and seems you have also a LiteSpeed cache plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/IdH6xCfqCBef, usually this plugin doesn’t recognize what version it should display mobile theme or mobile page version.

Thank you!

Hello !

I have just re-take a look at your links: https://www.screencast.com/t/dxknkRp2r and this is how your category pages look: https://www.screencast.com/t/XMfSlRjJ, and if I scroll more there are ads too.

As mentioned above please make sure to refresh your page when going into another viewport and make sure to clear your cache. My suggestion is to test this in incognito or directly on you mobile device.

Thank you !

Hello!

I just checked your website and now all seems to work just fine.
This situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We tested with our theme the WP Super Cache and with the settings from our guide this is working correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Or maybe you had this situation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/website-look-is-different-in-mobile-browser/
