Hi Calin,
the site is now correctly indexed on google. I had to deactivate these parameters https://ibb.co/yFTBdLQ and then send a new sitemap to google.
The test site exists but I have deleted Newspaper. You say there are still problems? I took a ride yesterday. I reinstalled Newspaper on the test site but I first reset the cache.
I re-installed the demo Magazine Pro. Then I went into Cloud and then All Template and I copied the codes of “Category”, “Date”, Author Template “, etc. pasting the code on the moviemag.it templates.
Have you entered the site? Did you see that there is something wrong? I have not been able to understand the problem in my site by reading your answer.
I have left you the data to enter my site as an administrator in the previous email. You entered?
Also I have another problem: the site is indexed with “Home” in front of the site name and I don’t want this https://ibb.co/2gjpk00 soI just want the name of my magazine: MovieMag – The Online Cinema Magazine.
I await your reply.
Thanks!
Alex

Hello!
You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look !

Hi,
As I know the 500 errors are internal server errors, you’ll need to make some investigations, below are some links that hope it will help you:

Hi,
The post view count from our theme is count all enters on posts, for example if you refresh a post this will be count, for standard post template -> https://i.imgur.com/IxB1jfM.png if you are using cache plugins you need to use this option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
The view counter can be change, stop or reset, also you have the possibility to set manually the number of view, go in posts and enable the custom fields -> https://i.imgur.com/NavHTFn.png after that down in post will appear the the custom field options -> https://i.imgur.com/waKZBHe.png chnage it -> https://i.imgur.com/NAFEi9p.png and check the results.
The theme will count using the theme counter and analytics counts using it’s own counter. There is no simple way to make them both work using the same parameters. The real and unique value for your visitors is given by Google Analytics. Our post view counter will count any post-visualization, even if the post is visited twice by the same person and that’s why appear that difference.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have any conflict plugins, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persists, please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also sometimes this is a plugin conflict, but you already tested this.
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
Did you not made a theme backup before theme update? Also to have the same design you need to make sure that the theme plugins are updated and activate (I think that this is the problem you are facing).
Make sure that there is no plugin or security module that is interfering with the theme plugins when you try to updated them an make sure that the theme requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Do you use a user-agent based detection on the Mobile theme ?, If yes, can you let me know for my cache plugin.
Hi Vlad
Thank you for your answer.
Just to clarify, the 4 tagDiv plugins are completely gone. Not to be found in \plugins directory. Pages and posts are there.
I can hardly think anyone should hack the site only to delete these, especially not in a staging environment. Live site has been ok for 3.5 years with another theme.
Regarding other plugins I have one new, W3 Total Cache. I disabled and cleared cache for this. Disabled also a few others. No child theme.
The good news is that everything came up as it should after installing tagDiv plugins again. Except for one strange thing, I have to regenerate thumbnails.
I have been trying to delete an ad from Mobile Ads. I cannot save the changes. When I hit Save Changes, the rotating checkerboard just keeps spinning and never stops.
I recently upgraded the server to three CPU’s. Currently not running the newest newspaper version, only previous version. PHP 7.4. I deactivated all plug-ins except for the TAGDIV ones.
Saw this on my debug log: [Tue Dec 01 06:41:51.372012 2020] [autoindex:error] [pid 387134:tid 47568920921856] [client 192.88.134.19:63893] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /home/vzbujfc1chle/public_html/wp-content/cache/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html.var,index.htm,index.html,index.xhtml,index.wml,index.perl,index.pl,index.plx,index.ppl,index.cgi,index.jsp,index.js,index.jp,index.php4,index.php3,index.php,index.phtml,index.shtml,default.htm,default.html,home.htm,index.php5,Default.html,Default.htm,home.html,welcome.html) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive, referer: https://mrelectrician.tv/wp-content/cache/
Anyone have any suggestions?

My Hosting provider has advised me that I’m unable to use WP super cache because we already have a built in caching that included with the service.
Do we have any workarounds?
Caching plugins
Flywheel handles caching at the server level, eliminating the need for caching plugins. Server-side caching is significantly more efficient and scalable than any plugin-based caching, as it doesn’t rely on PHP at all. This aside, caching plugins run the risk of interfering with the caching we already have in place.
In addition, plugin-based caching solutions tend to cause serious issues when used in tandem with Flywheel features that move or duplicate sites, including Blueprints, cloning, and Staging.
Examples of disallowed Caching plugins:
W3 Total Cache
WP Super Cache
Batcache
Others
Note: Some caching plugins also handle other tasks, like JavaScript and CSS file minification and concatenation. W3 Total Cache is among these, as is WP Rocket. These are tasks which are ideally handled at the site development level, but if you would prefer to use a plugin, that’s fine. We just recommend not using the caching features of the plugins and leaving that to our servers instead.
There is no option in the theme panel Footer options to change the logo
I have been in the tagdiv composer about 20 times and changed the logo in the footer and it works great, until you close it check on the live site and it reverts back to the old logo.
I have cleared cache as well. It makes no difference. The change of logo just won’t stick.
Any idea?
Thanks
Morning,
I have had a play around and come across a few more anomolies:
1) When I select the offset, it isn’t lining up correctly. There are 8 posts preceeding the new one, and yet when I choose the offset as 8 – it repeats the last 2 posts from the preceding block into the new one.
2) Doing it step by step, I have realised that I can post a new block, and a features block but it is when I select the offset that the problem happens and it says ‘no posts’.
3) I have checked the posts, and they are all saved the same way and are made to be public (besides they would have appeared on the site before, as they get pushed further down the page as new articles are added).
4) If I click offset on another topic, it does work. However the posts displayed in the editor page as being the offset ones are different to those shown when I click publish.
5) I disabled all non tag div plugsins, same problem still occuring
6) I did try re-downloading the tag div composer plugin and it did not make a difference.
7) I have downloaded the cache plugin (no difference) and I can’t see how to attach an image on the forum. Have copied and pasted instead below.
