Please make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper theme, v10.3.3 also make sure that all the requirements are set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ and you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I think that this is a plugin conflict between tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery, you can use only one of them, you should decide which one you want to use, we recommend to use the tagDiv Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer these are the theme plugins.
Please deactivate the WPBakery and check the results!

I have a problem, the site works on some pages with the correct formatting on the computer, but on some pages the formatting is wrong and appears at the bottom of the page “There is a critical error on your site.

The same page if opened on the cell phone does not present any problems, I have already deactivated and activated all the puglins and it did not work, when I deactivate the ‘TagDiv Composer’ the site will add the critical error! Can anyone help? I already removed plugins from cache also because I thought they would be them, but currently it is without and yet the problem persists!

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

I have the same problem and I need to create new pages with TD Library urgently!
We changed the PHP parameters (and downgraded from 7.4 to 7.2), I cleaned cache in Chrome and used 3 more browsers… But it won’t work.
Could you help me?
Can you please have a look in this image – https://prnt.sc/sia7ct which I need to minify for better output. I am already using server-level cache where I have an option to minify JavaScript and CSS and I enabled those ( https://prnt.sc/siaf3x ) but still getting this issue to resolve. I need your urgent help.
I realize this may be a cache plugin issue, however everything is working great except tablet. So I would hate to throw away my page speed tweeks because the tablet isn’t responding.
Is there a way to force tablet into mobile or is there any specific snippets of code that can be excluded from optimizing? I know just enough to be dangerous.
It’s a shame that everything works but the stupid tablet. The irony is that we get a lot of tablet traffic.
Anyway, what’s a good solution other than wrecking my page load speed by disabling all my optimizations?

I’m trying to change the colors of my menu but anything I do in the Theme settings doesn’t appear to change (and yes I did clear the browser cache and I don’t have a caching plugin enabled).

But the settings of the theme have NO blue anywhere (only red) and the background should be black with the text white: https://paste.pics/90SNV
It seems nothing I change in the setting has any effects on the theme… and what is the difference between Main Menu and Mega Menu? What is a Mega Menu anyway?
Hello sir, in my theme the loadmore button next previous button is not working and in my theme very many posts are not showing the featured image changes in the post but when looking at the thumbnails I am not getting it The cache has also been cleared and is still not happening and the block of releated article is not visible in my post.

I have imported the full default demo and am customising it. I want to import another single post template as I cannot edit the current one. However, I am not able to load Cloud Templates despite following all your instructions and having a green system status. See screen capture of the system status.
All system requirements are met as per https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/. You can see my server specs.
Looking at other solutions, on this forum, I tried with WP Super Cache installed and uninstalled.
I also deleted the cache.
I am not using CDN.
Can you tell me what is the solution?

By going in Theme Panel – Blocks Settings -Thumbs you will be able to see What sizes each block uses. By inspecting your website you will be able to see what blocks do you use. Then deactivate all the unused thumb sizes.
