You may need to enable Ajax view count. Here is the screenshot -> https://prnt.sc/qdekhy
It has to be enabled when we are using a cache plugin.

Hey,

I found some bigger differences on your views and Google Analytics views on posts.

For example: a post from yesterday got > 300 views on google analytics, but newspaper count only says 188.

– WP Super Cache is used on this site and set up according to your article: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

.td-footer-logo .i-amphtml-layout-intrinsic {
max-width: 205px;
max-height: 48px;
}

I’m using same code, but doesn’t work for me ? Why, I cleared cache..

Hi,

From what I see you invert the header with footer.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

Hi,

I’m not sure if only clear cache will work, most probability is from a plugin that cause this problem.

Thank you!

Hi,

I have uploaded a favicon (16 x 16px) .png using the Logo and Favicon section in the Theme panel however it is now showing up in my browser. I’ve cleared the cache, reloaded several times and it’s definitely not there. I have the default wordpress favicon instead.

Is there a setting I’m missing?

Thanks – so the problem may be the Leaky Paywall plugin design, replacing my footer page with something else? Or do you say clearing cache may work? I am not using child theme or cache plugin.

Hi, i have used Newspaper theme on my website http://www.travelnewsy.com.

it seeps to work fine mostly, except at my work place where it doesnt open properly, i get a small shield icon on right side of address bar, – it gives the following error message : this page is trying to load scripts from unauthenticated sources

this seems to happen only at my work place. and only this website- all other websites work just fine.

i have cleared the cache and cookies etc– it didnt seem to work.

Please guide how to get it fixed

I did all of the above Deactivated plugins and cleared cache. And now I look at the Ipad and the TagDiv Black elements look the same (just closer together)

Thank you for the quick response
1- I delete Cache after every modification to my site, but the word has not changed.

2- The background image did not change despite the same method that you told me about

Hi,

I do not quite understand, the header mobile do not appear on mobile ? do you see another mobile header, because this can be possible if you have activate the mobile theme plugin.
Also if the mobile theme version appear on tablet, this can be a cache problem, please deactivate all cache plugins and try again.

If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details.

Thank you!
