Please make sure that you are using the last version of the theme, the Newspaper v9.8 and you install it as in our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/ also make sure that all the theme requirements are made as in our guide from here .
Also please do not make changes in theme core, this can make conflicts/ create errors.

Hi – I changed my category names in the Posts–>Categories menu of the native wordpress, but they do not update in the very top categories list. It is still the default theme categories. The new categories show up elsewhere in the composer as options. I tried deleting the cache, shift-refresh, etc.
As far as I can tell from the source, this part is not updating:

I think that you are referring to this ajax counter -> https://www.screencast.com/t/5CvJEXs3 this option is use only if you have an cache plugin to help you to keep count the view, you can check more about this in our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ajax-view-count/
If you want to disable the view count you’ll need to deactivate this option -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2oe2I3uVB9 , the view count field in backend will still be there, but will no longer count the views.

Usually the issue about mobile version beign rendered on desktop is due to cache. Please make sure to use a cache plugin ( we do recommend using WP Super Cache: https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ )

Hi, I have a weird problem. Mobile version of my website is somehow affecting desktop version. Everything is fine, until I load the site on my phone. After that is mobile version appearing on the pc too. When I turn off internet on the phone, It takes few minutes and everything is ok, site loads desktop version. I tried clear cache, diferent browser – no progress.
Wordpress, theme and plugins are updated, there are no additioanal plugins activated (besides tagDiv plugins that comes with the theme).

From what I can see, you have a header template set, but on mobile version this is not displaying, is display the logo text.
