Hello dk,
I have inspected your menu on mobile and I saw that it’s not working. Please try to disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ If the problem is still there, try to make a new install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello jacobhughes3,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Also, provide the CPanel access.
Thanks for your understanding!
Thank you. We’re hosted by GoDaddy, so some of the solutions are not applicable. However, after reviewing the info, we opted to inactivate some of our plug-ins, which helped resolve the situation for now. TD Composer now loads and Visual Composer works again, so page editing is much easier. Thanks.
P.S. WP SuperCache is not an available plug in for our site.
Hello SVF Sweden,
I have inspected your website on mobile devices and I saw that your menu is not present.
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/9SBw8czF Please notice that it seems that you have a lot of errors through your console which affects the theme functionalities. All of these can happen due to your old version of the theme used by you and because of the use of multiple untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please remove all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, update the theme via FTP way to the latest version of it which is 8.8.2, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Before making the theme update, we highly recommend doing a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello valetauris,
Try to regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate or Regenerate Thumbnails, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, ensure that you have correctly chosen the size of your images when you load them in your website from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rJkadOVze
Thanks for the message!
Note business hours top right of forum. They answer posts in order received. Older items first. Bumping the post pushes it back, not up. Try clearing cache, resave permalinks, check system requirementd in theme panel. Always make backups so if site not working you can roll back. Disable old plugins, make sure you install main plugins for theme.
We have seen this before and it is linked to plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again.
Thanks.
Hello conradross,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some posts which contain some strange symbols, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/H7LOtsuz9 Try to rename the title of those posts, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello strokemark,
Most likely, this happens due to a conflict with your website loading. Do you have injected some code through your Ad fields? Try to disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this conversation so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Javier,
This usually happens due to low memory. Please use this guide to increase your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Plugins can also be a possible cause so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello,
The product pages are created by woocommerce as well as the woocommerce category pages. However they should not be stretched to full width. Here is how they should look like:
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/product/woo-logo-3/
and the product category: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/product-category/posters/
On your end, there could be css interfering with the design.
Please try to disable all plugins except the tagdiv composer and woocommerce and clear all cache. Then test the pages again.
Thanks.

Hello,
No, unfortunately wp-rocket is known to cause issues with our theme. We can only recommend wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Seems to work now – https://www.screencast.com/t/AM9X0PDyRTl
It was probably caching or maybe browser cache that prevented the code from applying.
Hi Simion,
Thanks for the response.. I turned off all caching, deleted the cache manually (to make sure it was all gone) and it’s still not working.
