Hello Alex89,
Try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS Area.
The code is ->
.block-title span{
background-color:#399998;
}
This is a quick fix. Also, I suggest you reinstall the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello,
In most cases the issue is caused either by plugins or a server config issue. Please first test without plugins. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If this does not fix it, you can try to implement the solution presented here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Thanks.
Hello,
The Instagram fix has been implemented in the latest version of our theme (8.7.3)
If you already updated the theme, please also clear cache and try to set the widget again. Add another ID instead of your own an then revert back to your own Instagram id . That will reset the widget.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hello Andrear97,
Try to clear all the caches, purge CDN files, press CTRL+SHIFT+R and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.
Thanks.
Hello flynewsgr,
It seems to be so strange, sorry! Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Make sure that your theme has been fully installed via FTP way, all the caches have been cleared, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
No, It’s work for me.
You can see: http://prntscr.com/j77rsk
Maybe you have to remove Cache or history from your chrome browser and try again.
I hope its work.
Hello jmedina0107,
I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JcYYEkEAP Make sure that you have correctly installed the theme via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello juanca8888,
Try to recreate your page, remove these elements and add them again. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Clear your site cache and browser cache and check again (also reset CDN files if you use it).
I installed the social counter following all the instructions, I emptied the cache, etc. And only tw and youtube work.
On facebook it marks 0 follower and I have 2538
What could be the problem?

Hi Catalin
Yes I’ve tried deleting the cache in WP super cache and tested it on multiple devices.
The posts I’ve listed in the filter to be excluded from the block still appear on the page.
I’m trying to remove individual posts with the filter by entering them with the minus symbol in front of the post ID.
Is that how it’s supposed to be done?
Hello,
You seem to have a problem. Your top category is missing. It should be there like my example.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello dennistk,
MAke sure that your updating should have been done via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins which might produce that effect, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rdJRtEZZAjv -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder incorrect way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello fotoko,
Please notice that the problem with Facebook does not come from our theme but only from the Facebook stuff, sorry! Try to generate another Facebook App Key, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thank you!
I tried now to update all plugins and the theme. Deactivated all plugins. Nothing helps, just now suddenly no pictures are displayed. This occured before, when all this trouble began, please see this topic I created then.
I also cleared all caches couple of times. My server provider sais it must be a problem with my CSS.
I am trying to annoy you here as little as possible, but I am running out of ideas and am really helpless here. Does anyone have an idea, where to get (paid) help? Thank you so much.
Hello,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, clear all the caches and check the results. Try the CRTL+SHIFT+R and check the results. Purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare.
Thanks.
Hello cashflow24,
The ticker at the top uses a shortcode from this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/ and you can place it in a column text element for tag div composer.
After you have installed that plugin you should add the shortcode generated by the plugin and place in the header column text like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AB20uPgwMr
Regarding on the second error, try to edit your page with TD Composer and identify the element. Remove and add it again and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello kokorikos,
I have inspected your website and your image seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4UQZD6rfyJDD It could be a temporary problem with your opacity. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello lukehodge,
I have tested this feature on my end and it seems to work as expected, without any problem. Do you have cleared all the caches from your website? Try to do this and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Syams,
Do you have cleared all the caches, purged CDN before checking the results? If not, try to do this and see the results.
Thanks for your message!
Ok. I found where the td-modal-image gets added an it’s inside wp-booster folder.
Modifying this would require serious work so I found out a much simpler alternative.
Adding this piece of code to a new php file (as a plugin)
function add_image_responsive_class($content) {
global $post;
$pattern =”/<img(.*?)class=\”(.*?)\”(.*?)>/i”;
$replacement = ‘<img$1class=”$2 td-modal-image”$3>’;
$content = preg_replace($pattern, $replacement, $content);
return $content;
}
add_filter(‘the_content’, ‘add_image_responsive_class’);
Will succesfully restore the GLOBAL MODAL ON on all images while using a CDN plugin. This code works perfectly with either wp-supercache CDN functionality or KeyCDN CDN Enabler plugin.
You could adapt the code to include it on your theme if you like, this will improve functionality by allowing the use of any CDN and the Global MODAL mode enabled.
(For this code to work you need to disable Global MODAL on Theme options)
