Hi
I have problem on my website http://www.theillest.pl
When you go to a single post/article, scroll down and change list of related posts you gonna see only title without photos.
Where is the problem? Maybe with cache settings (yoast/cloudflare) ?
Thanks in advance for help
Upon further review…the above error is completely unrelated.
I’ve tried to edit the includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php file in both the WP editor and via SFPT for both my child and parent. Both have the line in the instructions you supplied commented out, but the og:image line still shows on my site. I also found that no changes I make to that file actually get rendered on my site. I have worked with a ton of people on my end to ensure this isn’t a cache issue, so the only thing left is an issue with the theme.
My site is tbtbangla.com. im using tagdive mobile theme plugin which is pretty much fast but too simple and lack of customization. On the other hand on PC the sites loads too slow like 7 min!. As i am ameature in web developing i want some customized settings for loading website fast both in mobile & desktop. i have installed following plug ins.
1.jetpack
2.wp smush
3.wp super cache
4.yost seo
5.facebook instant article
tried uninstall and seen no change. Please solve my issue asap
I agreed but if the theme proposes this it shouldn’t make some issues with OVH 😉
I use WP Cache wich is the only one approved by the theme, btw.
It’s only an issue with some hosting systems. WP does, in fact, micro cache a lot of that, and if you’re using a proper caching plugin, that should help as well.
I don’t work here, but just some feedback. Most people don’t actually care how many followers you have as those can be inflated by zombies/sock puppets anyway, and so are not relevant to anything except perhaps ego (my own opinion, anyway).
Hello again, I see that this cache plugin is compatible with the theme and I see that the tutorial that there is of previous versions of the plugin available today, is there a tutorial for the current theme with this plugin? Especially for the option to load the images when going through them and not before to slow down the web.
But why isn’t there a cache mode for those officials plugins ?
We paid for them, I need them on my website, i didn’t have any problemes so far with free themes. I think the developpers have to fix some issues with this plugins, “turning them off” is not a satisfying solution for customers.
My main domain is introyuatla.com but whenever I’m trying to enter my URL on the different device or in an incognito tab, it is redirecting to https://introyuatla.com/wp-content/hostinger-page-cache//_index.html this address. How can i fix this?
I’m not sure what you mean. Your site images seem to display just fine. What images are not showing up without shadowsocks ? I recommend disabling all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
If the ads get delivered randomly, then the theme has nothing to do with it. The ad system renders the code. Maybe you have a caching issue that affects the ads. Please disable all caching for testing purposes and only use wp super cache and cloudflare afterwards.

Hello,
For the sharing icons, please make sure you clear all caching including browser cache.
Test from a different browser to make sure.
As for the module height, sorry but there is no simple method to have it display properly on all devices with half the size. It needs adjusting for each viewport in particular. We suggest hiring a freelancer to help out as we cannot offer a solution via the theme support.
Thank you!
Hello webarts,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your homepage works as expected, without any problem. Also, I have inspected your source code and I have noticed that you have some errors through your console, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jdsGdQUBvqz7 Please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Maybe you have updates set to automatic and a plugin got updated and the new version is not compatible anymore with the theme. Please test this without plugins. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
Wp super cache is the tested and recommended plugin to usew with our theme. W3 total cache has gzip as a bonus and it is not actually “required” for a caching plugin. WP super cache works just fine without gzip but you need it to increase the page loading speed.
Please only use wp super cache and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/cache/
for cloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
As for the gzip compression and other optimization needed for proper page loading speed, please use this guide:

Hello,
We have no reports of this issue. Please try this without plugins as it could be a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Thank you for the Reply Simon,
Everything is green in system status. I am also using shared hosting.
The only plugins I have turned on are Really Simple SSL, woocommerce, wp cache, yoast and Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd.
Perhaps I could try the visual composer instead? How would I go about activating it? It is installed but I do not see where I can activate it.
I have messaged your contact team for further support.

Hi,
It seems to point to an advanced cache file in the wordpress install folder (wp-content). This could be from a different caching system and could affect the super cache. I could not say if you should remove it or not. I have not seen this issue before and also there are no mentioned of this online.
You could try to first backup that file (wp-content/advanced-cache.php) and remove it. Then check if the super cache works without any errors.
Thanks
That is the sidebar you are seeing on mobile with the child with glasses: https://www.screencast.com/t/sYN5GdxotW6 how was it deleted when I can still see it on both desktop and mobile?
The footer is the same on both desktop and mobiles.
You seem to have a caching issue. That is why you cannot install wp super cache. Please try to install it on a wp default theme like twentysixteen and see if it works there.
Thank you!
Hello lukehodge,
You sohuld try using a bit of CSS code if you want to change the size of your logo.
The code is ->
@media (max-width: 1140px){
.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-width: 250px;
}
}
@media (max-width: 1140px){
.td-main-menu-logo img{
max-height: 60px!important;
}
}
Notice that we do not recommend to increase the size of that section because the logo can be easily broken. I suggest to load another logo size for the mobile version from Theme panel, clear all the caches and check the results. If you will check our demo, you will see good results in this case.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello apacheinteractive,
Please check the Theme panel and ensure that your thumbnails are enabled from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/L2QVMHWi1Zn for your blocks used by you. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please regenerate your thumbnails via Force Regenerate plugin and Thumbnails Regenerate.
Thanks for your understanding!
I add this too:
# BEGIN Expire headers
<ifModule mod_expires.c>
ExpiresActive On
ExpiresDefault "access plus 5 seconds"
ExpiresByType image/x-icon "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType image/jpeg "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType image/png "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType image/gif "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType application/x-shockwave-flash "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType text/css "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType text/javascript "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType application/javascript "access plus 604800 seconds"
ExpiresByType application/x-javascript "access plus 604800 seconds"
#ExpiresByType text/html "access plus 600 seconds"
#ExpiresByType application/xhtml+xml "access plus 600 seconds"
</ifModule>
# END Expire headers
As I understand it, the difference between W3 Total Cache and WP Super Cache is that it is a specially cached page cache, while the W3 Total Cache also controls the cache in the browser. Am I right?

Hello,
I installed WP Super Cache because I recommended it to be more compatible with the theme.
However, I saw that in testing my site was not enabled with the GZIP compression option.
So I thought it was a bug in the plugin, and I installed W3 Total Cache, which allowed for GZIP compression.
However, when I went to see the status of the theme, it said that the speed accelerator was disabled because the “W3 Total Cache” was enabled.
I did the following: Disabled W3 Total Cache and enabled WP Super Cache.
To solve the problem of Gzip compression, I added this code that you recommended in the ‘.htaccess’ file of my site:
<IfModule mod_deflate.c>
<filesMatch "\.(js|css|html|php)$">
SetOutputFilter DEFLATE
</filesMatch>
</IfModule>
I did it right? Why does Super Cache not work to compress the site (GZIP compression) and does W3 Total Cache work? Is there anything else I should add in HTACESS to complete this work?
Why did I realize that when I activated W3 Total Cache, it added dozens of lines in the ‘.htacess’ file, while Super Cache did not add any.
Thanks Simion,
But it is the only cache I have activated. In addition, I deactived one at a time EVERY plug in I have and I am still having the same issue. I really need this random rotation to work, I have done all of the suggestions and it is still not working. Please advise.
Thank you for your input!!
Thank you for the quick replay, however mobile is still not showing the correct site. On the mobile version, you will see an image of a child with glasses at a desk with a title “Better Grades”. This image was deleted and is not present on the desktop version. In addition, the desktop has a live Twitter feed which is not displayed on the mobile – when it should be. Also, you will notice the footer is different.
I am trying to add the Super Cache – which is recommended by TagDiv, however I am getting the following error: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare wp_cache_postload() (previously declared in /nas/content/live/mainstreetrock/wp-content/advanced-cache.php:1022) in /nas/content/live/mainstreetrock/wp-content/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase2.php on line 298
Could this be causing the error? And I do not have another cache plugin so I know it is not that. In fact really the only plugins I have are from Tag Div Newspaper. Thank you so much for your help!
Hi,
@baztanet If you could provide a link to where this is happening on your website, we will investigate. All issues until now related to the social sharing were either visual issues resolved by clearing all caches installed, CDN and also browser cache, and adapting child theme customization.
Or in some cases conflicts with plugins, which caused the socials to not display or function properly.
Thanks
