Hello lamasatonline,
I have inspected your website on desktop and it seems to be clickable. Clear the cache and check the results.
Thanks.
Hi,
After each change, please clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you should consult the Translations section from Theme panel and change the name from there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/MdwGDw0DE For more information about this, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-loading-translations/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please try as a first step to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins, and clear any installed cache. Then deactivate and delete the tagDiv composer plugin and install it again from the theme package.
After this create a new page and check to see if everything works as it should, regarding the row background options.
Also take a look to the theme system status and see if the WordPress and server parameters are set according to this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If there is still a problem please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can investigate.
Thanks
Thank you so much for the reply. Quick question – I use GeoDirectory with this site. They recommended I use GD Booster which can be found here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/gd-booster/
How does this interact with the cache you recommended? Do i do both, one? Thank you so much for your feedback!
Hi Team,
Sorry, we forgot that we are using cache. It works perfectly now.
Thank you.
Hello, niknas,
On the future, please do not copy/paste all the theme’s code here, as a text because it’s not okay for us and the others users which search such solutions through our forum, sorry! Regarding on your problem, please be more specific because I do not exactly understand what you mean. To be safe, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way for that domain and install the latest theme version according to our useful manual, clear the caches and check the results. Notice that the entire theme’s code is the same and should not be any differences between two installs.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello sebahattin.demir,
Try to disable all of the untested plugins, use the theme with the default state without any customizations, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello DaveS,
Those are a lot of warnings. Something is not functioning properly, or there are plugins conflicting between them. What you can try, is to deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any installed cache. Also, check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel, or directly to the theme files. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme.
Then check if the problem is solved. If it is, activate the plugins one at a time, and possibly identify the cause of the issue.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide , if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask you hosting provider to make them for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this regard. These modifications are requires for the good functionality of the theme and plugins. Having many plugins can exhaust the allocated memory.
Thanks
Thancks for your answer, we are using wp-rocket, we are going to test WP Super Cache
Hi NextMedia,
Please deactivate and delete the social counter plugin used, and install the one provided in the latest theme package. Before configuring the counter, clear your browser’s cache. Example for Chrome.

For the Instagram simply add the ID as shown in the guide, and it should display accordingly. Clear any installed caching after configuring it.
Thanks.
Hello Scott,
I have tried to inspect your website and I saw that your website is under construction. Regarding on your above screenshots, I guess that your CSS of the theme it’s not loaded properly on your backend which can be caused by many factors. First of all, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, you should try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme’s method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!

The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also please increase your system status parameters as mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
That can be caused by caching plugins. Some caching plugins interfere with the theme functionality and cause this issue to happen. You can try as a test to deactivate the caching plugin as a test and check if the problem is resolved.
If it is not, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and check again. Hopefully this way you can identify which one is the cause.
The recommend caching plugin is the WP Super Cache
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please let us know if there is still a problem, and provide a link to your website if possible, so we can inspect it.
Thanks
Hi,
That should not happen, all the blocks have to function properly
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-19/
Please provide a link to your website here in the topic if possible, so we can take a look.
As a first step you can try deactivating all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any installed cache. Usually plugins are the cause for most issues. Or maybe if you made modifications to the theme files, or used custom code that might interfere with the theme functionality.
Thanks
Hi Catalin,
I think I figured out the problem. It was the first time I’d ever seen it before. On Safari, I sometimes zoom out in order to see more content on the screen when I’m working. On this occasion, when I zoomed back in, the feature image remained smaller for some reason. After I went back to actual view (100%) then I had to clear the cache and refresh and that seemed to fix it. Pretty bizarre, as I’d never had this particular issue before. I think it was a browser issue rather than a theme issue. Thanks for your attention just the same.
Most appreciated!
Hello, @Bogdan B.

Default ads are placeholders; once you remove and put in your own ads they cannot “come back automagically” — if still showing in a browser, then it’s a site cache or browser cache issue. If using caching plugin try clearing it then *disabling* it to test.
Hello MESOTU,
You should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Clear all the caches before making any tests and then check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Olive,
I have inspected your website on mobile and I did not saw any problem with your general mobile responsive version. It seems to work as expected, without any problems. First of all, try to clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
In most cases this was a caching problem. We can only recommend wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
We have not tested any other cache plugin.
Thank you!
Hi guys,
I’ve created a blog post using the default blog post format. The image is 704 pixels wide and when I view the published post in Safari, the image is reduced to 591 pixels wide and leaves an ugly space.
See image here: https://imgur.com/a/FeLM3 Excuse the opaque overlay. I was using the web inspector to show the image shrunken down relative to the actual allotted space.
When I view the same post in both Firefox and Chrome, the featured image renders fine without that gap on the right side.
I have tried clearing the cache of my browser and my caching plugin. I’ve purged the URL. I’ve cleared the image and page from my CDN. I tried different images and it’s all the same in Safari.
Would welcome any suggestions you might have.
Kind regards

Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The screen option has a featured image and featured video toggle like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/UZ4k6ThcUKb If this option does not show up for you, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
