Hello,
We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with.
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
If the issue is still there please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate.
Thank you!
Hello braveinftech,
Try to clear all of your caches, re-save your permalinks and check the results. If the problem will persist, provide your website.
Thanks.
Hello masdi,
Make sure that your theme was right installed via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ I recommend you to make a new fresh install, clear all your caches, purge CND files and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please try as a first step to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins and test if the mobile theme is working properly. Check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel or added to the theme files.
There is also a flaw in the Super cache plugin that could be the cause. Please follow this topic for a solution

Thanks

Hi,
Please disable all other plugins beside bbpress and visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again to see if the issue is still there.
Thanks.
My site is
n8trainingsystems.com
I’ve already checked that my Super Cache is set up according to Newspaper Theme specifications, and the Yoast SEO setting that would mess up TD Composer is OFF.
Any other suggestions?
Hi,
I’ve used one of my own favicons. https://onemanandhisshed.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/08/fav-1.png
It is a 16 x 16 pixel image. It should work. I’ve flushed my WP cache and browser, but to no avail.
I also tried with your image and that didn’t work either.
The favicon that’s showing isn’t even a favicon image (and I haven’t uploaded it into your theme). https://onemanandhisshed.com/wp-admin/upload.php?item=354
This image is 200 x 200 pixels. So I’m confused as to why it’s showing up at all.
Any light you can shed on this issue will be very gratefully received.
Thanks for your help,
Hello gibbsyns3,
Sorry for this inconvenient but please notice that error does not come from our theme, sorry! Most likely, you are using such an untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. You should try to disable all of these, if you have some additional customizations, please disable all of these, clear all of the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, reset your permalinks and check the results. It’s strange what you mean and it is certainly the reason for this.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please check again as I cannot see the issue anymore. Maybe your cache was not cleared.
The grid seems to work properly now.
Thanks.
Hi Bogdan,
We deactivate all plugins and cleaned up the cache but again with no success. We’ve noticed that the info appears on scrolling the page. Could it there’s something related to the issue?
Thanks
Okey,
I deactivated all the plugins but the problem still was there. I deleted the – Comet Cache plugin and installed the WP Super Cache plugin. http://www.screencast.com/t/HlqTetZuIGZ
1) The problem is still same
2) It is even worst I cannot (without error) upload or update any article because I see an error every single time after new Post or Update post http://www.screencast.com/t/vSRBOreuZDkz but when I refresh my page I can see that the post was made.
This is the settings of the WP Super cache – it is not the same as your screen but I made all like you

Hello beinghaseebalam,
Sorry for this inconvenient but please notice that issue does not come from our theme, sorry! Also, the WP Super Cache is fully tested with our product and it seems to work as expected, without any problem. Most likely, you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files which can cause a lot of unknown issues like this. To be sure, remove all of them and make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello daviannguyen,
It seems your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.

bit of a head scratcher this.
my mobile theme navigation/pagination is all over the shop, and not consistently.
examples:-
using the next arrow or page 2/3 from the bottom of the home page of the mobile menu, all open a random post. always the same post. but a post, not the next page of posts.
using the burger menu, it is all using categories. some are returning 404s, though i have double checked in the menu, and they are correctly configured.
some categories are working, but then the pagination is doing the same thing, i.e. going to post.
some categories are working and pagination is working.
because some are working and some are not, it leaves me a bit perplexed. hoping somebody out there may have some ideas.
i’ve turned the mobile theme off for time being.
wp 4.8.1, php 7.1, newspaper 8.0, hummingbird with cloudflare (all caches cleared)
thanks
Hello angellkarina,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your image-logo is still there, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0EAQPeia7Ja Try to clear all of your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
That setting from Yoast and another setting from then WP Super Cache were identified to cause the error. But it could be a different plugin as well. Most likely it is caused by a plugin. Try to think of the last installed plugin and deactivate it. Or simply select all plugins and deactivate them in bulk, except theme plugins. Then clear any installed caching.
This should resolve the issue, check by creating a new page and edit it with the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a side effect of using both page builders. Please do not use both the visual composer and the tagdiv composer plugin.
If this is not the case, please also try to

Hello,
The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
Tested Plugins:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Contact form 7 is on our list, but not the paypal addon.
Thanks.
Hi,
The favicon that is displayed should be the one you upload in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/oFxygupW
Upload the one you want and clear all caching installed and browser cache.
Thanks
Hi,
Usually plugins cause this kind of problems. I suggest you try as a test to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins, and clear the cache. Then create a test post, set a featured video to it and check if it displays the proper image on the homepage.
I don’t know what to say about that caching plugin, we have not had many reports about it either way. The recommended aching plugin is the WP Super Cache
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
It could be the one that is causing this, deactivate it as well and see if everything is working right. The featured image that is created from the video should be the one used on pages, not a different tone form the library.
Thanks
