Hello Somosung,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just only our tested plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi keyforweb,
Ple3ase notice that our theme does not have any type of functionality which duplicates your links, sorry! Most likely, this behavior comes from your untested plugins used by you, sorry! Please try to disable all of them, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello sumitmalhotra,
Ensure that you are using the latest theme version and also, use only the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files. Clear all the caches and check the results. Also, make sure that your WP Super Cache plugin has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Also, check if you have some caches on your server and try to clear all of them and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, like this one. First of all, try to disable all of these, also, use only the latest theme version, clear all the caches and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Should works.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello SL2,
I have inspected your footer section from your website and I saw that your Instagram block displays the three images, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0aiIpWPu5 It seems to work as expected. Try to clear all of your caches, browser caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Please test our official theme demo at https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ on ie 9 and 10 to see the theme in it’s default state.
Thank you!
Hi,
The post views on the post page are currently disabled on your website
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ducgxWZXxp
Maybe I am misunderstand this. If you want them enabled you can do it in the theme panel. If they already are enabled and not showing try clearing your cache if you use one.
Thanks
Hello popaxiom
Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. It is possible to be a problem with your theme installing and that’s why you bring this message. Notice that all the theme code was very deeper tested and verified and should not exist any error through it.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
The image loading issue is 99% of cases a plugin conflict. Your images now display fine, but they could break again so when this happens, please try to identify the plugin that causes the issue. Please also note that the only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
Thanks.
Hi,
If you say you turn off wp super cache and the issue is gone, please only use these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
As for cdn we recommend these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/cdn/
Please contact your cdn host and ask about the cross origin fix for fonts as they should be able to shed light on the subject.
Thank you!
Facebook only reads the meta data you insert into the header of the posts; theme has no control over anything related to that. Basically, if you view source and your OG data is there, then it’s an issue on FB’s side — either your site, or their system is ‘timing out.’ You can try the FB debugger, but not much more you can do except ‘refresh capture’ from the post, or clear the FB cache via the FB console.
I tried the solution of adding the line to the htaccess and did get the same results as the others. I have cleared cached on my CDN and my WP Super Cache and still getting the Chinese characters. I have turned off my CDN inside of WP-Cache and still no luck.
The only thing that works is to turn off the WP Super Cache (All symbols return to normal).
I’m at a loss with choosing speed or correct characters, right now I’m leaning towards speed.
Hi,
I have made some tests with the super cache active, and the changes are saving and are displayed properly for me. I have configured the cache like this for the test
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Try making your custom changes and clear the cache after making them, if they are not reflected.
Thanks

Hi @SimionC.
Thanks! It worked, but on the last two blocks it still shows the rainbow colour. Any idea how to get rid of that or is that only on my end? I tried clearing caches etc.

Hey Chris,
We did exactly as per your suggestions but to no avail.
I’m using WP Supercache and I guess this theme is conflicting with this cache. The moment I switch off I can see the CSS-changes, and when I re-activate Supercache the problems are back again.
Have I overlooked something?
Have tried W3 Total Cache but it’s not working fine with this theme. So I would like to contine with Supercache.
Any idea how to resolve this?
Thx
