Hello hanakousuke,
I guess that you are using such a plugin for cache and if you have something like this, your should purge all of the files from this plugin and not remove any files from wp-content.
Thanks.
Hello Baraka,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your images are right displayed, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8CncYHadba Try to clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks.
Hello sanket3811,
Here is talking about an image link from your header section which is a break and that’s why you bring this symbol. If you want to remove it, you should check your Theme panel, Header Ad section and delete from there the image which causes this error or tries to load another image. Clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understiading!
Hi,
I disabled all plugins except wp super cache and composer, and the problem persist, I will send the login credentials trough email.
Hello adrianfredes,
The problem with the “Get Access Token” might be from the browser caches. Before pushing it you should clear all of the browser caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there or the FB will not count correctly, please let us know and provide your website URL. Also, ensure that you are using the latest theme version and only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Thanks for your message!

Hello, I’m having the same problem. Already cleared cache and cookies, tried with 2 different browsers and 2 different computers, even tried with incognito in Chrome but I only get the PLEASE WAIT message in red and nothing happens.
Please help, thank you.
Hi, I did as you requested. I talked to our web host who confirmed/changed all the settings as your guide outlines. Then I cleared cache and checked again, I still have the same problem. I restarted my computer to be sure, clear cache again, same results.
Hi.
I know you guys wrote a lot about it in this forum, but i looked for a solution and any of these worked for me so…
I’m trying to share a WordPress post in Facebook, but it doesn’t work well, it misses some o.g. information (about Facebook debugger), and it only shows the “website.com” information in my facebook sharing board.
I’m using the Yoast Plugin, with the admin and page’s ID. I tried to install the Facebook Open Graph, Google+ and Twitter Card Tags Plugin, but it doesn’t work either. I also tried to clear the website’s cache.
I hope you can help me.
Thanks!
Obs: I’m using the Newspaper Theme
My server does not have a CDN by default.
Should I delete the CDN file created by wordpress?
Are the following cache incorrect?

Please teach me, if you know the file place.
We have a huge problem that comes about when we get a moderate amount of traffic to our site. Our servers are not the problem – our host has confirmed that they have sufficient resources. The issues is with your theme, and constant ajax.php requests that are exhausting our server’s Apache workers.
We are now unable to access the wp-admin of our site when we receive a moderate amount of traffic and we require this issue resolve immediately.
Our server engineers have determined that the POST request to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php call is calling this function – td_ajax_update_views which is defined in those files:
themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php:add_action(‘wp_ajax_nopriv_td_ajax_update_views’, array(‘td_ajax’, ‘on_ajax_update_views’)); themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php:add_action(‘wp_ajax_td_ajax_update_views’, array(‘td_ajax’, ‘on_ajax_update_views’)); themes/Newsmag/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js:tdAffix.compute_top(),tdDetect.runIsPhoneScreen(),tdCustomEvents._lazy_callback_resize_500())},500)}};tdEvents.init()})();var tdAjaxCount={};(function(){tdAjaxCount={tdGetViewsCountsAjax:function(a,b){var c=”td_ajax_get_views”;”post”===a&&(c=”td_ajax_update_views”);jQuery.ajax({type:”POST”,url:td_ajax_url,cache:!0,data:{action:c,td_post_ids:b},success:function(a,b,c){a=jQuery.parseJSON(a);a instanceof Object&&jQuery.each(a,function(a,b){jQuery(“.td-nr-views-“+a).html(b)})},error:function(a,b,c){}})}}})(); themes/Newsmag/js/tagdiv_theme.js: pageTypeAction = ‘td_ajax_update_views’;
The engineers say that themes/Newsmag/includes/wp_booster is the one causing the Apache workers to be exhausted, and to bring this to your attention as you should be aware of this issue and be able to further disable or edit the functionality without causing disruption to our website.
Hi
Maybe you have another conflicting plugin that prevents the product category from providing the results. Here is an example from my end:
https://www.screencast.com/t/k8vhmj42b
Please disable all plugins except the page builder and woocommerce, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello kadir-ece,
Most likely, your website is cached and to avoid this effect, please clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that option does not come with our theme and this request is just WordPress related.
Thanks fro your understanding!
Hello kkaras,
I have inspected your website in Firefox and I saw that your images are not loaded as expected. It seems to be issues regarding on JS which apply the opacity:0 for all of your images, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Lq7vihyB1q The value of it should be 1. Also, notice that problem might appear from your untested plugins used which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of them, leaving just our required plugins to be active, clear all the caches and check the results.
Please notice that the theme was fully tested with FireFox browser and should work as expected. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Maui,
Check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please note that the tagDiv composer works properly with the theme and with the plugins that are included in the theme package. Try as a test to deactivate all your other plugins except the composer and then clear your cache. Create a page and try editing it with the composer.
It could be the case that a plugin is interfering with the editor.
Please let us know if this fixes the issue.
Thanks
Hello Ovadiah,
I have generated your Access Token for a Facebook account. Also, I have tried to add the cocacola as FB Id and it seems to work as expected. Try it with your FB id, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, I suggest you update your theme to the latest version of it if you want to bring best theme results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!

Hello caiobnh22,
I suppose that you are referring to the infinite loading of this spinner, right? Please check your system status parameters and increase them according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello,
To improve web performance, I installed Litespeed Cache Plugin and recognized that my web became even slower than that before, also appeared error of loading Homepage as mobile theme instead of desktop theme for Ipad device. Is Newspaper theme compatible with Litespeed Cache plugin? If so, why does it come up with such errors (after uninstalling Litespeed cache plugin, it is back normal) and how to fix this?
In the other case, does WP Super Cache plugin work well? What is your recommendations?
Thanks!
When I press “Get Access Token”
It shows “Please wait…” in red but nothing happens…..
I already clean history, cache, etc, but still does not work.
Could you help me please???
Thanks!
I should note that I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin twice, attempted using three different browsers, and also reset my web cache over five times. What else needs to be attempted?
Hello David Henry,
Sorry, but I cannot recreate this error! Please provide more details about this and also, some useful screenshots or videos so I can identify the problem if it is. Also, ensure that you have cleared all the caches and check the results.
