Best solution is to make sure images extremely well optimized, ensure you use opcache with PHP 5.6 or higher (do not use 5.2 or 5.4 .. ooooold!); limit “queries” on each page — such as megamenu images, sidebars, footers, disable XMLRPC, disable track back/ping-backs, etc.
You might need to redo home page due to so many things changing since 4x to 7x.
You can “try” simply resaving it. That used to work for me. Clear cache, etc.
I updated the template in zip format. I did not FTP. I cleaned the cache, but the problem was not resolved.

Hi,
Seems to be an WordPress warning, a suggestion would be to go back through any changes recently made to the theme files or WordPress if you have made any. You could also try to deactivate the child theme if you are using one. Also try disabling all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and check to see if the login issue is still there. Probably this is caused by a plugin or custom modifications, since we did not have any kind of reports with the login, providing this warning. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hello HeTo25,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with tag div gallery. Seems to work as expected. Where is the problem? Provide more details about this issue, also, give me some useful screenshots so I will be able to identify the errors. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core file and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Hopefully this issue will with the WP Super Cache plugin that happens in some cases, will be fixed in a future plugin update. If you use the mobile theme, please try the method provided in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cache-plugin-mobile-version/
Thanks
Hello arslankerim,
Do you are using the child theme? Try to switch the theme to the main theme, clear all your caches and check the results. If your problem is still there nad if the theme updated was been made via FTP method, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Hope this helps!

Hello ferdinand98,
1)If you want to achieve this, please try to code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-magazine .td-related-title .td-cur-simple-item{
color:white!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/D6OaCS1dUmRQ
2)Here is talking about two different header styles. Notice that you are using the header style 5 and the Travel Demo uses the header style 8. If you want to have the same theme behavior regarding on the main menu, you should switch your header to the header style 8 and then you will have this thing. Also, if you want that your color to be another when you hover over the menu items you should use a bit of CSS code to do this. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td-header-wrap .black-menu .sf-menu > li > a:hover{
color:black!important;
}
The result can be found here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/WgfTgrjq
3)
4)IF you want to remove the Breadcrumbs from the top of your website, you should change the page template to default template or you can use a bit of CSS code to do that.
The code is ->
.td-crumb-container{
display:none!important;
}
.td-page-header{
margin-top:10px!important;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/kXmLEEzV
4)Check your theme panel, Theme Colors settings and ensure that your colors settings for all elements are setup on default.(push to be clear) Clear all your caches and check the results.
6)Please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-header-styles/ because there you will find our available header style. If you want to have anything else, you should implement it yourself because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello kadmin,
Sorry to hear that from you! Please keep in mind that our theme is full tested for most browsers which are here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/52uwHAlrjt7 I guess that your errors happen due to your customizations or untested plugins. So, if you are using something like this, please try to remove all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and install only bundled plugins and check the results.
If your problem persists after these changes and f you need more assistance in this case, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

I found the problem and it’s a severe incompability issue between wp super cache and mobile theme.
If the first visitor to a post is on a mobile, the post will work well with mobile theme for later users.
But if the first visitor to a post is on a desktop, the next mobile user will get the cached desktop verision.
Is this something tagDiv is looking into, or should mobile theme users turn off wp super cache?
Hi!
I have a problem with the mobile menu. When I press the hamburger icon it doesn’t open the menu list, 99% of the time. The page just zooms out. But sometimes after a reload or changed setting it works.
I’ve been going through the settings, deactivated plugins, changing from child theme and back, removing custom css, activated and deactivated mobile theme, clearing cache an so on.
What would be the best solution to solve this problem?
Hi Bogdan,
Thanks for your quick reply. After I’ve made the change I cleared the browser cache and there was no change visible. Also I had W3 Supercache disactivated. But when I checked one day later the changes were applied. So there is probably a caching layer on the server where I am not aware of. Will check that.
Thanks again
Hello,
The issue is the plugin is not tested with our theme and could provide mixed results. You mention the alt tags are missing. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test the alt tags with our theme and see if they show up properly.
Thank you!
Hello,
The tested and recommended cache plugin to use with our theme is wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hi,
Pleas try clearing the cache after the ajax view count activation. You could also check the cache plugin configuration, maybe there is a setting you may have overlooked and is interfering with this function. We recommend using WP Super Cache with the configurations specified in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks
Hello
It seems it is due to WP Rocket cache plugin.
I deactived it and asked them to fix that.
Regards
Hi,
It seems you have your content delivered from the cache – https://www.screencast.com/t/8eVqHlzrCD
I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your caching, purge cdn files and deactivate the child theme to see if the problem is still there. If it is not, then one of these is the cause for this to happen. Activate your child theme and check if the problem appears. Then activate the plugins one at a time, while checking for this issue.

Hello,
My visit count in the articles of my blog don’t grow. I see that maybe is the cache system. We use SG Optimizer for the caching and I have already activated ajax view count in the theme settings.
Thanks for the support!
