I deactivated all the plugins except visual composer and cleared the cache but still the page title showed.
Removing the page title worked, but is rather inconvenient when in the page section trying to determine what page to edit and you just see (no title) lol.

I have checked your website on the mobile device and I notice that your header will not disappear from mobile. It is strange because the mobile version will hide it. Do you have added some code which forces this header to be in this section and for mobile devices? Try to revert the theme to the default state, disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results.

Probably, you have some additional customizations through the code which influence the top value in this regard. Try to revert the theme to the default state, clear all your caches and check the results. By default, the theme work as properly.

Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. You could try to remove the page title or change it as a test – https://www.screencast.com/t/u9fh11hpw and update the page then preview it and see if it is affected. If it’s still there it must be a cache issue, try clearing the cache, also disable all the plugins except Visual Composer and see what happens regarding this issue.

AS pictured the next functionality on my home screen continues to load with no results.I have assumed it was cache but clearing that does not help. it only works when I access the homes screen after I have logged in. I am going to try and disable cloudflare to test.
Any ideas to assist?

Thank you for the instructions on adding more custom fonts.
We have tried disabling all plugins except visual composer, cleared cache, we dont use cdn. All this done and the font issue still persists.

First of all, you should provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. You should check our demo and there you will see how one should look smarlist 1, like this -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/smart-list-style-1/7/ You will bring this layout for smartlist 1 if you will set this feature according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Notice that the smartlist is too sensible feature and it is possible that some untested plugins to interact with the code and cause a lot of unknown issues.

Ive disabled all the plugins except Visual Composer, Yoast SEO, WP Super Cache, tagDiv Social Counter, and the problem is still here.
I also removed all the ads (im trying everything now), still same thing :/.
Im going to update the theme now, hope it works.

Ok, first, please try not to use any symbols or language specific characters as wordpress will strip the sidebars of any content if any symbols are detected.
Do any other widgets show up or is it just the menu element?

The recommended permissions for a file is 644 and for a folder i 755. Make sure you have these set to your server.
Please also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If plugins did not affect permissions, then maybe another source could have. Please make a clean install of WP and the theme and test again as the file permissions are not changed by the theme.

@Christian Valencia The mobile theme translation will pick up the theme general theme panel translations. Just clear the cache after you translate your site. I’m not sure about the second part though as google translate does not seem to handle it well. Please use english

If a featured image is set in the post and enabled in Theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/UdNyuegnhjCL and it is not displaying it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except Visual Composer, clear cache and also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. w3 total cache is known to cause issues with our theme.

It seems to be a transitions issue which happens due to your untested plugins which you are using on your website, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XiysNqh6 Most likely, some of them interact with the theme core files and cause this type of problem. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
