I disabled all plugins except visual composer, then i installed “WP Super Cache” and “cleared all cache” and reset cdn files if you use it. Then i tested the editor role, it worked.. But when i activated plugin from admin. the issue is still same as i mentioned”I created a New User as an EDITOR, but i am not able to edit any post & not even can create a page or add new post. when i am clicking on to edit post or add new post it just shoe blank white page. i tried different browse as well.

But everything working fine in admin before doing anything and now. Please suggest

Hello,

Our theme does not change the default user roles and capabilities of wordpress: https://codex.wordpress.org/Roles_and_Capabilities If your user roles are not working properly, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the user role again.

If you have any further questions please open a new topic on our official support forum at https://forum.tagdiv.com/forum/newspaper/ The comments section here is destined for presale questions.

Hey there,

I just want to change my ad’s than I discover some problems.

I remember that I had earlier the possibility to set after which paragraph and on which position (left, middle, right) the “inline ad” will be shown. The possibilty seems to be off.

Also if I renamy the ad title it don’t change in the front-end (also with “Article Top Ad”).

I already clear cache, but the same problems.

What are the reasons? Thank you!

I cleared caches and also worked through all the menu styles. I found that the login would appear when using styles 1,3,5,7,8,10,and 11. But not 4,5,6 unless I deleted the logo image.

I’m trying to create a menu bar that’s short in height and includes the menu tabs plus the Login on one line. When the Login appears above the main menu row of text, its almost as high as including the original top menu bar.

I tried shifting the PHP login widget code after the menu code in the ‘header-menu.php’ file but it didn’t shift the login text to the right side.

I’m now testing some Login plugins to see if I can get a menu bar about 45 px high that includes a login.

I have another question related to the loading of the menu and all the site pages. When a menu tab is clicked why does the menu always flash load the default black-blue colors first, and then replace with my chosen custom colors? The menu font also goes to bold then back to the normal capitalized which I have selected in the Newspaper settings.

Also why do the pages always flash and completely reload when each new pages is opened?. It seems that some pre-loading is required or there’s a coding loop somewhere that double loads the menu, the background image, and the pages.
Could you suggest a fix? It’s distracting as is.

Thank you. Yes, it was a conflict between 2 plugins. WP Super Cache and advanced speed increaser plugins. Had to deactivate speed increaser.

This is problem in my varnish, I wish I did not want to change anything to work properly.
Because the problem is linked to a theme programming and an incopatibility does not veneer cache.

Hello,

You have a js error affecting in your browser console. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again. Also switch to the main theme if you use a child theme in order to rule out it’s interference. Please also disable any js optimization as well.
Let us know how it goes.

Thank you!

If just the text is what you are after, you can try this css code:
.vc_btn3-container.vc_btn3-center .vc_btn3-block.vc_btn3-size-lg{
font-size:30px!important;
}

I have tested the button on one of my posts but the cart icon appeared without problems on posts also, thre could be something affecting the fonts on your posts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.

You may have a strong cache on your site and that is why you are not seining any changes. Please make sure you clear all caching and the cdn files if you use it. I have personally tested this and it works as I have shown in my previous reply. Simply copy that code and paste it as the original replay instructs.
Thank you!

Hello noori020,

Notice that the Mobile theme plugin comes bundled with the theme packet when you download it from the Theme Forest platform. You should find the plugin if you will follow this path, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/MmvZxSrCS0Eb Also, first of all, please ensure that you have disabled and deleted the old version of it and then import and install the new plugin at your platform, clear all your caches and test again and check the results. Notice that the mobile plugin was fully tested and it is fully compatible with the theme and until now we have not encountered any issues in this regard.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello,

Please disable all plugins, clear cache and reset cdn files. You most likely have a security plugin such as wordfence or others of the sort that prevent you from making any changes to your site.

Thank you!

Hi,
I have visual composer nd seo yoast installed but cannot see any issue. Are you sure you have just these 2 plugins active? It works fine on our end. Please disable all other plugins except visual composer and yoast, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again.
Thanks.

Hello,
Your search and pagination also is not working. Anything ajax related is broken. That is because you have js errors in your console. These are most likely caused by plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test your site again.
Thank you!

hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. The images seem to be not found but the url for the image does not provide a 404 message. Please disable any image optimization tool you might be using as well. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to test if the problem originates from there.
Thank you!

Hello sinayes,

I have inspected your sidebar and everything seems to work as properly and I did not saw any issues with it, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/Bj9mbHl9iA Also, if you are using some untested plugins with the theme, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, clear all your caches and test it again.

Thanks for the message!

Hi,

This is a caching issue. You will have to use the theme recommended cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and if you use a cdn: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Also please contact you hosting to see if there is any hosting related cache.
It could also be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn. Then test again

Thank you!

Hello lasvegascfp,

Please notice that this type of error may appear due to your server cache and CDN if you are using the CDN system. So, first of all, please ensure that you have correctly set your caching plugin (WP Super Cache) and the CloudFlare, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ If the problem is still there, please try to clear the server cache and if you do not have any access to do this, you should request this task to your hosting provider because they should be able to help you in this regard

Thanks for your understanding!

Hey Catalin,

Mmm, I see. I have tried a few more things now, but still nothing. I don’t have any cache plugin. I have tried it with any custom CSS in my themepanel removed. I have tried both the native text widget and the tagdiv one. I have checked out the color with developer tools, and I don’t think I have defined this color anywhere. Can you have a look on the page? http://tinyurl.com/h2ocnqv

Hello VoZz,

I have checked your shortcode to my side and everything seems to work as properly, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/q3qZVXmBhk Please try again, clear the cache and check the results.

Thank you for the message!
