Hi
I’ve checked your site and now the header is displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/1rr00Haj0B If you still have this issue try to clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know if you need further assistance on this.
Thanks!
Hi,
I am also unable to add layout elements using Visual Composer. I currently have Visual Composer as the only plugin. I also cleared the cache. I do not use any CDN files.

Hi @slashedbeauty,
Try to make a test disabling the plugin “jQuery Pin It Button For Images”?
Don’t forget to clear all cache after that
Can you please elaborate the solution. I’m experiencing the same issue in Firefox. If I clear the Firefox cache and try to load the website again, some icons from the menus (and the icon inside go to top button) are missing, as well as some featured images in articles and sometimes the footer background image. Then I have to refresh the page a few times before the problem disappears.
Hi,
Over almost half a year I have this problem,
I can not save the settings in the theme panel, only infinity loading.
I tried it all
– Deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again
– I tried to put ModSecurity to OFF
– My System Status parameters were as you specified
– change php from 5.4 to 7.0
– I do not have a plugin for firewall like Wordfence or other
– Much more I tried
in Google Chrome Console throws this when I press save

This worked after I closed out the browser completely and did a hard refresh/cleared cache. Thanks!
Hello,
Please use the official guide to set up the counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
And after you set up everything,m make sure you allow it a bit of time as it;s not a live count and it is affected by cache. It helps to clear all caches and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have tested your ID on my testing platform and it seems to display fine: http://screencast.com/t/Htk5qVfieKb
Please try to disable all plugins except visual compose, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test the Instagram widget again. If you still have trouble with this, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate the issue.
Thank you!
Hello Gadgetsay,
I guess that you are using the Updated Comet Cache as a caching plugin, right? Unfortunately, our theme has not been tested with this type of caching plugin and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this plugin. Please try to switch it to our tested caching plugin named W3 Super Caches which is fully tested with the theme and seems to work as expected by now. I know that exists a lot of caching plugins but not of all work good with the theme. For more information about our recommended caching plugin, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
There was a conflict between Mobile theme plugin and SEO By Yoast plugin. Try to delete the mobile theme plugin and install this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/td-mobile-plugin.zip clear all caches then test the site again.
Thanks!
Hello,
With such a big ;list of plugins it could be any one of them conflicting with another. Please try this. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn file if you use it. Then test again to see if the symbols are still there. I have checked your site but could not see any strange symbols. If they are still there without plugins please provide a screenshot so we know where to look.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately leverage browser cache is not theme related. It is a very personal thing that you have to configure on your own install. You will have to study how this is done. You will find many online guides on how to set up leverage browser cache from your htaccess but keep in mind that you have to personalize it based on your host. We even specify this in our guide: http://screencast.com/t/brEha8X5BfOu
It is not something you copy and paste. you need to adapt it to your own case. Unfortunately we cannot do it for you as we do not have any customization department.
Thank you!
Hello fathummus,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some irregularities with it, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/auLzX0gRVl. So, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, you can try to disable the lazy load feature. Clear all your caches, purge CDN if you are using the CDN system and check the results. I noticed that you are using the RTL mode which is not tested with our theme and which may produce a lot of unknown issues. Please notice that we cannot provide support for RTL mode because this is not included in our support policy, as you can see here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello juwaini,
Please keep in mind that our theme has a lot of header styles and some of them use the logo in full width, as an example -> Header Style 10. Please try to switch to another header style, clear all your caches and check the results. -> http://screencast.com/t/CdcGoqiWj6 For more information about our header styles, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello nano2408,
This strange behaviour maybe happens due if you have some untested plugins which interact with the theme code and cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, please try to remove all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. To be safe, please try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, clear server caches (if you do not have any access to delete this, please request this task to your hosting provider) and then check the results. Please notice that our mobile theme is fully tested with our latest version of the theme and seems to work as expected by now and we have not encountered any issues in this regard.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is most likely a plugin conflict affecting the visual composer page builder.
Let us know if you still have trouble with it afterwards.
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you check your posts after you posted them?
You only created 3 topics including this one. Here are the other 2:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/my-sidebar-wont-stay-fixed/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/why-arent-my-ads-showing-up-properly/
Please double check before making any accusations.
Your issues are the same as in your previous topic. you have plugin conflicts affecting the theme JS and breaking theme elements. Disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files and then check again. Also check any customization in your child theme or js optimization you may have in place that can break the theme js.
Thank you!
Hi,
The theme does indeed ad an extra OG tag. http://screencast.com/t/K0vUhy7fC
You can try to delete it but I cannot guarantee it will fix FB’s image problem.
Try to use this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ and also try without plugins. Disable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello mayuxi,
Please ensure that your theme update has been made via FTP without any errors. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Morning, Bogdan!
Done according to your recommendations.
All plugins were disabled – Cyrillic search worked fine.

Watch video – http://screencast.com/t/zYrKfjTSZ
After that, I’ve activated all plugins again.
Very strange, but after that, it’s working right now with those activated plugins. 🙂
P.S. I don’t use cache for front-end.
Next time I’ll try to localize the issue by turning off each plugin separately. 🙂
Thanks for a support!
Hello Eric_Vie,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the pagebuilder+latest articles+pagination as page template. So, please notice that if you are using that page template, at the bottom of your homepage you will have the latest articles module which is set it by default. If you want to rule out this behaviour, you should change that page template with another, like as -> Default, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/hZPAg2fvJU and then from Visual Composer you can set what type of block you want, filtered by popular posts, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ZFJh5Y2tvb
For your second request, please keep in mind that the system comments is fully tested with our theme and should work as properly. Please ensure that your problem does not come from your untested plugins which can interact with the code theme and create a lot of unknown issues. To be safe in this regard, please try to disable all the active plugins, clear ll your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps!
If is not what you mean, please provide more details so I will be able to provide am ore accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Please disable all plugin s except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This could be a plugin conflict that is breaking our live search.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi
The theme is tested and works fine on mobile with opera browser. Please make sure that you’re using Opera not Opera Mini which is a different browser and the theme is not tested with it. Also try to clear all caches, including mobile’s device cache memory then test the site again.
Thanks!
HI
I am not sure why this happens but it could be a conflict caused by some plugin. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
