Hi,

Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again.

Thank you!

Hello,
Everything works fine on desktop but every time I open my website on mobile the videos I embedded do not show up on mobile I just see the space that the video is supposed to take I even bought and created a brand new Word Press site and I still have the same problem so I do not think this is an issue with cache or any other plugin
Thanks

Hello,

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.
I hope this helps.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and enable the option to minify the css and clear the cache.
Also, please make sure this option is enabled https://i.imgur.com/N2XjPlv.png

Hello,

Just made a fresh installation of the theme and enabled a specific homepage. https://hub.onequity.com/

I edited the Theme Accent color to green, within Theme Panel > Theme Colors > General Theme Colors. But when refreshing the site, still receiving the old red colors. I also installed wp super cache just in case it was cache issue, but no luck.

Can you advise please?

thanks

Hello, I cleared the cache. Both from Wp Super Cache and directly from the hosting. But the nofollow and “exit mobile version” doesn’t disappear!

This problem hinders my acceptance to adsense

Hello Bettina,

I have a cache plugin but I need a way to reduce the size of that wp_postmeta table in my database. I seem to have 80% of the data comprising these meta keys. Im not sure what it doesn’t but I created a staging site and deleted some of it and then when I checked the post based on the post_id, the post is still there as it is. Nothing changed so I was wondering if I could delete all these rows to reduce the size of this table.

Can you elaborate on how is this affecting my design, please?

Hello!

Maybe you can find a plugin that can cache the database. Unfortunately, we do not have a tested plugin for our theme in order to suggest one.
Please note that page speed or optimization is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/

Thank you for understanding!

Hi,

I cleared the cache both from the plugin and directly from my host, but the problem doesn’t go away!

Hi bettina,

I already did this nut it did not work. I use Newspaper on more of my websites and it all works fine there. Only for gadgetgekkies.nl and internetgekkies.nl it wont work.

If I request the search result, the URL does refresh, but the URL simply displays the homepage. Please check my video.

I have deactivated all plugins, cleared the cache, and the same thing happens.I would like to see a solution, please

Hello @gekkies !

Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Thank you!

Hi,

It is not recommended to use more plugins for cache.
Also, please check if you have on nginx plesk an option for mobile cache.

Thank you!

Hi Anamaria,

I did numerous tests and couldn’t solve it definitively, the problem always comes back.

I have Super Cache active with cloudflare, ngnix cache plesk, I didn’t have this problem before the last updates.

I’ll try to downgrade the version of the super cache plugin and see if it works, but one thing is for sure, there were updates with the latest version of wordpress and even on your part in the mobile plugin, and something may be wrong and forcing this.

Thank you,
