Hello Mike,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello admindunet,
Please ensure that you have updated your theme via FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard. Try to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP only with the required plugins and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello cityguide,
If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. The untested plugins can interact with the latest version of the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check again.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello allrems,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your background image for your homepage is not right setup and the image URL is no valid. This type of issues happens due to your untested plugins which you are using on your website, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/7nAxG0Yo Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer and revolution slider, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test again with only the 2 plugins active. I tested the theme with both pluginhs but could not see any conflict.
Here is an example on my end: http://screencast.com/t/p2UCwsu4FU
post settings work as expected: http://screencast.com/t/c2IAeI3b
rev slider works as expected: http://screencast.com/t/6B6G3RUy
Thank you!

Hello tmaghrebt,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual cOmpsoer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Purge all the CDN files and check the results.

Hi,
I made some tests but everything seems to be in order – http://screencast.com/t/qnP8be2yB after refreshing the page – http://screencast.com/t/v28o39iF This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thanks
Hello,
1. This could be because of your customization. Please restore the plugin and theme to it’s default code and test again. Try to disable all plugins except visual composer and buddypress, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. I cannot se this issue on my end so it is caused by something on your end.
2. The colors are added by the plugins and our theme has no option to change these colors. You can use this css code to change the black colors:
.bbp-search-form input[type=submit]{
background-color:red;
}
#bbpress-forums li.bbp-header{
background: none red;
}
#buddypress div.item-list-tabs ul li.selected a{
background-color:red;
}
.td-page-content .item-list-tabs .feed a{
background-color:red!important;
}
These colors do not have settings for them so they can only be altered with css. You will have to identify the ones you want to change and use the browser inspector to alter their color. If the plugin does not add any options for changing the colors, the theme cannot do it instead.
Thank you!
I have deactivated all the plugins (we have no custom code or cdn) and the issue still persists. I have noticed that on the right side of each slide there is a small area of about a centimeter that is clickable, but the rest of the slide is not (this is with and without the plugins deactived).
Hello lucentitsolutions,
I have checked your website on mobile mode and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin and the featured images are not showing as properly. Also, I notice that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Purge all the CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch via FTP method because this is the surest and safe mode in this regard.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello gbrein,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which is Newspaper 7.5 and also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.12.1 and Social Counter 4.1). So, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file and check the results. The Social Counter is fully tested with the theme and it should work as expected.
If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Do you maybe use php7? Our theme is not yet compatible with php 7. Please restore a previous version of PHP and clear all caching afterwards even on the hosting side. Alternatively you can try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just tested the click ad on my end but the error is not there. It works as expected.
Thank you!
Hi,
The option should be right there in the inline ad section: http://screencast.com/t/Or6bSxjkgdXC
If for some reason your option is not there anymore, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also switch to the main theme if you sue a child theme.
Thank you!

@Bogdan B.
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it.
You’re not seeing any difference because you’re using desktop to view the site “as a mobile” device. This is not the case when you view the image in actual mobile phone itself. If you use desktop tool, it’s the same as resizing your bowser window smaller, and you don’t see any effect on images at all. Try viewing the page in actual mobile phone, and hopefully you’ll notice the difference.
Also, I’ve tried everything from disabling every plugin, and clearing the cache (browser’s, site’s and CDN). I do not use any image compression plugin. Regenerated thumbnails twice.
Thank you!
